Sentosa Singaporean Restaurant's 50% Off Dim Sum Deal

Here's the deal. Dim Sum prices slashed by 50%. Sounds good. Definitely worth checking out...

Starting off with the Baked Asado Pie (P 95 regular price, P 47.50 discounted price) to set the tone. Nice flaky crust topped with sesame seeds for some crunch, and a savory meat filling.

Dip it in some chili sauce for a little heat, awesome. Things are looking good. On to the next dimsum bamboo steamer...

The Crystal Polonchay Dumpling (P 90 regular price, P 45 discounted price), filled with Chinese spinach and meat, great flavor and textures.

These go well with some soy sauce and kalamansi (local lime) dip.

The Hamsuy Kuk (P 85 regular price, P 42.50 discounted price) provides a tasty contrast with the other dimsum dishes. These fried crescent-shaped dumplings are made from glutinous rice flour with a savory pork filling.

The fried glutinous rice wrappers provide a nice chewy crunch, great with some chili sauce.

The Steamed Siao Long Pao Shanghai Style Dumplings (P 125 regular price, P 62.50 discounted price), filled with soup and pork.

Delicate and fragile, one has to be careful when picking this up or risk spilling some soup. Great with the dark vinegar dipping sauce.

The Crystal Spinach Dumpling ( P 120 regular price, P 60 discounted price), filled with pork and spinach, great textures.

Delicate, with subtle flavors, best with soy dipping sauce. With over 16 dimsum varieties to choose from, I can stay here all day. The 50% Off Dimsum deal is available only on weekdays, Monday to Friday, from 11:00am to 2:30pm and 5:30pm to 7:00pm. Pretty good deal, great value.

Let the dimsum feast begin...

  16. Many people choose fine dining restaurants for a special occasion, so the food must not disappoint- in either selection or quality. You don’t need to feature a huge menu, but it should be interesting, offering unique items that patrons wouldn’t find at any other restaurant.
