It's back. Time to rock even harder...
The Bistro Group and Hard Rock International collaborate for the epic return of Hard Rock Cafe Manila, the All-American themed restaurant, at Conrad S Maison in Pasay City. A new generation can now experience good old fashioned rock & roll, drinks and great food all in one place. The metro rocks to the beat once more...at Hard Rock Cafe Manila.
I still remember the live covers of Van Halen and Pearl Jam by local bands at Hard Rock Cafe decades ago, and it's great to relive all those memories with the return of Hard Rock Cafe in Manila. Live entertainment, great food and drinks, no one does it better than Hard Rock Cafe. After all, rock & roll never goes out of style.
Hard Rock Cafe Manila exudes pure and classic Americana, from its rock music themed interiors with iconic memorabilia to its collectible merchandise like tees, hoodies, pins and caps at its Rock Shop and its sumptuous All-American cuisine. The impressive 223-seater space is the perfect stage for Hard Rock Cafe Manila's much-anticipated return...
Start your evening with Hard Rock Cafe Manila's refreshing line of alcohol-free beverages, wittingly called Alternative Rock and specialty drinks like the sweet and soothing Strawberry Orange Juice (P 145) or just go straight to the point with an ice-cold bottle of Hoegaarden (P 205).
The well-stocked bar offers a variety of tempting libation, from margaritas to mojitos and signature cocktails like the Bahama Mama, Big Kablue-Na, Hurricane and Fruitapalooza served in collectible glassware as well as wine and fine spirits. Now partnered with The Bistro Group, you can expect even more tasty offerings like the Cheesy Beef Nachos (P 425), a fully loaded starter with ground beef, cheese sauce, jalapeno, a blend of mixed cheeses, cilantro, tart and refreshing pico de gallo and rich sour cream on crisp tortilla chips. And with tortilla chips, once you start, you just can't stop so have another Hoegaarden.
Good food has always been part of Hard Rock Cafe's winning playbook and The Bistro Group's Corporate Executive Chef, Josh Boutwood, ensures the cuisine at Hard Rock Cafe Manila won't miss a beat with its extensive menu. Often overlooked in most music-themed bars, the cuisine at Hard Rock Cafe Manila is an integral part of the overall experience. From light appetizers paired with cocktails to sumptuous entrees, Hard Rock Cafe Manila has something for everyone. The Asian Spring Rolls (P 345) is another tasty starter with ground beef, cilantro and jalapeno served with garden fresh and crispy shredded lettuce and guacamole-chipotle ranch dressing that pairs well with a cold beer.
Keep on rockin' with Hard Rock Cafe Manila's Rockin' Wings (P 325/P 545), juicy Buffalo-style jumbo chicken wings draped in the signature smoked and richly seasoned dry-rub served with blue cheese, carrots, and celery sticks. Classic Rock, Tangy or Heavy Metal sauce, simply choose your dip to complete the dish.
The smoked dry rub adds vibrant flavors without overpowering the delicate notes of the chicken, and you get more bites from the jumbo-sized wings. That calls for another Hoegaarden.
From the smokehouse, Hard Rock Cafe Manila's Hickory Smoked Barbecue Trio (P 1,395) is a rock & roll style feast with all your favorites served in a platter including juicy Pork Ribs, Grilled Chicken with a sweet barbecue glaze, and tender Beef Brisket served with coleslaw and a choice of seasoned fries or garlic rice. That's a barbecue trifecta in one dish. Make it a real meal and go for the garlic rice. And if you prefer something closer to home, Hard Rock Cafe Manila's got that covered too. Hard Rock Cafe Manila also serves a variety of Asian-inspired flavors like Sizzling Sisig (P 445), Tokwa't Baboy (P 495), Korean Crunchy Chicken (P 395), Beef Rendang (P 425) and Crispy Pata (P 895).
Craving for pasta? Hard Rock Cafe Manila nails it with the Penne Arrabiata (P 275/P 495), Baked Ziti (P 495) and Penne with Meatballs (P 325/P 625). Other hearty entrees include Hard Rock Cafe Manila's Famous Fajitas (P 595/P 745) in chicken, beef or combo, Twisted Mac, Chicken and Cheese (P 395/P 695), Southwest Chicken (P 575) and the Grilled Norwegian Salmon (P 645). Or have a sumptuous rock star feast with Hard Rock Cafe Manila's Sirloin Steak (P 845) or the Grilled Ribeye Steak (P 1,625).
But it's Hard Rock Cafe Manila's signature Legendary Burgers that gives it the casual All-American rock & roll vibe, like the Hickory Barbecue Bacon Cheeseburger (P 545), Atomic Burger (P 595) with fried jalapenos and Sriracha mayo for that soothing heat, the Java Lava Burger (P 595) with its unique espresso rub and proprietary lava sauce, the Tropical Burger (P 475) with chipotle peppers, bacon, grilled pineapple and mango citrus salsa for that sweet and savory pairing, The Big Cheeseburger (P 495) and even a refreshing spin on local flavors with the Local Legendary Burger-Sisig Burger (P 495). You can also opt for classic flavors, like the Original Legendary Burger (P 595) topped with smoked bacon, American cheese, crisp onion rings, fresh lettuce and vine-ripened tomatoes. Each burger is made with a blend pf premium beef, grilled to medium well perfection and served on a soft brioche bun with seasoned fries. Rock & roll, burgers and beer, that works all the time.
In true Hard Rock Cafe style, a live performance completes your experience. That evening, ICE Bucket rendered the songs of my generation, including the raging yet melodic hits of Freddie Mercury and Queen on stage. Live entertainment, great food and drinks and the return of Hard Rock Cafe, that definitely calls for another round of beer.
