The savory selection includes Avocado, Arugula and Truffled Cream Cheese Sandwich; a Ricotta and Salami Focaccia, Olives, Arugula and Gorgonzola Wrapped in Prosciutto; Sun-Dried Tomato and Mozzarella Tartelette and Smoked Salmon Mousse Wrapped in Cucumber Thins.
The two upper tiers showcase indulgently tempting sweet treats like the Cappuccino Chocolate Squares, Crema Pasticciera Bomboloni, Pink Berry Macaron, Chocolate Pistachio Biscotti, Caramel Macchiato Tart and Torta Barrozi. The ensemble of sweet and savory flavors are completed by the traditional Scones with Clotted Cream and Jam. But Executive Chef Bela Rieck and his team has one more surprise.
