Food News: Cool Food Finds at The Venetian Market

The Venetian Market recently opened at Venice Piazza, McKinley Hill, offering a wide range of food items and some interesting new finds. And it's really cool to find these food entrepreneurs and their products all in one place. Here's a quick run through on some of my favorites...

Cucina Rusticana, and their Italian cuisine. Favorites include the Osso Buco and Saltimbocca, served with a side of Pamesan mashed potatoes.

Thai at Silk, and their line of Thai cuisine. The Prawn Cakes with sweet chili sauce and Beef with Phanaeng Curry were winners.

Wine Depot's impressive display of wines and cheeses.

Dolcelatte's baked creations. Really enjoyed their ChocNut cookie.

And this...

Crunchy Belly by Carlo's Kitchen, crisp pork belly chips. Think deep fried bacon. Awesome.

And this too...

Chef Resty's Roast Beef. Juicy, tender, and full of flavor. Going for seconds? Definitely.

Bottella's line of crafted liquor concoctions, packs a little kick, great flavors, a party in a handy little bottle. Nice.

Check out the The Venetian Market this weekend, and discover your very own food finds.

The Venetian Market is open from 8:00 pm to 2:00am on May 25 and 26, and June 1 and 2, at the Venice Piazza, Mckinley Hill, Fort Bonifacio.
