Late Afternoon Indulgences at Vask

A lazy weekend afternoon gets a sugary shot with innovative desserts...at Vask.


At Vask, each dish is a flavorful experience with its contrasting yet balanced flavors, skillfully prepared with modern culinary techniques. But it's time to get a sugar fix with the signature desserts of Vask. The Deconstructed Carrot Cake (P 295), with carrot cake crumbs topped with compressed strawberry, toffee mousse, goat milk ice cream, and walnuts, is a creative expression of flavors and textures, blending seamlessly in a tapestry of sweet notes. The carrot cake provides the base for the dessert, with the toffee mousse and goat milk ice cream taking it a notch higher with a rich and creamy finish, followed by the tart notes of compressed strawberries and nutty walnuts.


Craving for chocolate? Get the maximum dose with the Rolling Truffle (P 295), made with Malagos mousse, brownie, chocolate brioche, and cotton candy. The mound of cotton candy covered in chocolate collapses as thick chocolate is poured, combining with the other components for one serious chocolate fix.


The fresh and clean notes of the Rose Watermelon Sangria (P 295) plays on subtle and delicate notes, another elegant dessert with Don Papa Rum, orange, and apple on green tea soil with creamy mascarpone ice cream. The flavor of sweet watermelon cubes, infused with Don Papa Rum, is intensified by the deep and bold notes of the rum, capped by the smooth mascarpone ice cream.
