Read on and find out what Li Li has to offer for an epic dim sum lunch...

Pick any day of the week and bring a hefty appetite for lunch. The All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum offer at Li Li includes a tasty variety of appetizers, like Roasted Pork Belly. There's just no better way to begin your dim sum feast than with a platter of crisp and juicy pork belly. It's the wide variety of tasty offerings at Li Li that make the All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum a smart pick for lunch this side of the metro (for more on Li Li, see my previous post, A Dim Sum Feast By The Bay and More at AG New World Manila Bay's Li Li).

Juicy with a lightly crisp layer of crackling, a dab of mustard tempers the richness of the Roasted Pork Belly (L) for balanced notes. Other options include the Marinated Beef Shank with Five Spices (R), Honey-Glazed Barbecue Pork, Poached Free-Range Chicken with Premium Soya Sauce and Chilled Bean Curd Sticks.

Your dim sum menu at Li Li becomes your order form where you tick-off your dim sum selection, appetizers, main courses and desserts. Start your dim sum lunch at Li Li with something new, like the Steamed Dumpling Wolfbury, Scallop, Fish Roe with its distinctive bright orange hues...

...and fresh, clean and mildly sweet briny notes from the succulent scallops and fish roe. A light dip in soy brings out the flavors with a gentle sharpness, and you're ready for another.

Li Li's inventive and creative culinary style comes through with the Steamed Dumpling Crab Meat, Shrimp, a soft pocket filled to the brim with flavorful crab and plump shrimps.

The flavors are rich yet delicate, with the briny notes of the ocean draping your palate with every bite. Freshness, subtle flavors and perfectly balanced, it's why I enjoy steamed seafood dim sum.

The Steamed Shrimp Dumpling, Celery, Crabstick offers the same rich and briny notes with the added crunch of fresh celery for both added texture and flavor. The steaming method just brings out the delicately layered and nuanced flavors of the seafood, released with a burst of sweet and briny notes with a bite. These fresh dim sum creations are more than enough reasons to set your next lunch at Li Li.

The Steamed Mixed Vegetables with Black Truffle offers uncluttered flavors brightened up by the indulgent nutty hints of truffles for another tasty steamed dim sum option. Li Li offers twenty steamed dim sum varieties, and twelve deep-fried and baked dim sum options, so come hungry.

The Deep-Fried Taro with Milk Custard is a savory and sweet dim sum with contrasting textures. The lightly crisp taro and velvety smooth milk custard is a combination that's both different and refreshing. That delectable light crunch and the silky soft milk custard makes this another must-try at Li Li.

Head back to Li Li's Appetizers and you'll find the Marinated Egg, Carrot and Salted Egg Mousse with its creamy texture punctuated by a hint of sharp salty notes. It's all about that delicate balance of flavors.

The Steamed Rice Roll with Shrimps laid on a rich sauce is another tasty option on my long list of favorites at Li Li. The delicately balanced flavors don't overwhelm the palate leaving you wanting more. It's what dim sum is all about, enjoying an endless array of bite-sized pouches of rich yet nuanced flavors. And you can enjoy it at your own pace without the rush.

The Baked Pastry Puff, Barbecue Pork is a heartier treat, with the smoky sweetness of barbecued pork complemented by the soft and lightly crisp buttery pastry.

Flavors and textures come into play with the Deep-Fried Taro Puff with Beef and Black Pepper...

...and the Deep-Fried Pork Dumpling Beijing Style, a soft and chewy dim sum with a savory filling. Have another cup of tea, there's more...

In between tasty bites of dim sum, have a comforting bowl of Li Li's Soup of the Day...

...before the second round of dim sum. You'll find comforting favorites like Steamed Chicken Feet draped in XO Sauce...

...the traditional Steamed Pork and Shrimp Dumpling Siu Mai...

...and the all-time classic, Steamed Shrimp Dumpling Har Gao. From old favorites to new dim sum creations, Li Li has everything covered with the sumptuous All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum lunch offering.

Don't pass on the Steamed Pork Dumpling Xiao Long Bao filled with a rich broth...

...perfect with a dip in black vinegar and ginger. Picking one up can be a delicate procedure, but that's all part of the fun and dining experience at Li Li's All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum lunch.

Your dim sum lunch at Li Li continues with the Steamed Glutinous Rice, Assorted Meat Wrapped in Lotus Leaf. As you open the loosely-wrapped lotus leaf, a fragrant aroma is released to excite your palate. Steamed, deep-fried or baked, there's something for everyone at Li Li's All-You-Can-Eat Dim Sum lunch.

The Crispy Shrimp Wonton Hong Kong Style culminates our savory sim lunch with a perfect crunch. And we've barely checked the full listing of dim sum options, with so many more to try and discover. But no worries, you can come back any day of the week for lunch and try the other dim sum creations you missed. Included in the package are main courses to complete your dim sum lunch experience, like Sweet and Sour Pork, Braised Fish Fillet with Salted Mustard and Black Bean Sauce, Wok-Fried Cabbage and Garlic, and Braised Pork Belly, Bean Curd Stick and Yellow Bean Sauce

Cap your dim sum feast with Li Li's indulgent dessert offerings like the Ube Marshmallow with desiccated coconut (L) and the Brown Chocolate Dumpling with Peanuts (R). Other tempting options include Hot Sweet Potato Ginger-Sweetened Soup, Hot Taro Dumpling and Crispy Wonton Wrappers with Syrup, Peanuts and Sesame.

Sit back and review your lunchtime carnage of numerous empty bamboo steamers and platters with another cup of hot tea, and you know it was a good lunch. And you know you're coming back for another All-You-Can-eat Dim Sum lunch at Li Li...soon.
