At Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe, Glad Philippines and Brand Ambassador Happy Ongpauco-Tiu shared their stories of memorable holiday feasts made perfect with the practical and convenient solutions from the leading kitchen essentials brand. Having the right kitchen essentials at home takes you one step closer to the perfect celebration at home or anywhere with the innovative solutions offered by Glad Philippines

Successful restaurateur and passionate home curator Happy Ongpauco-Tiu trusts Glad as her ever reliable kitchen partner at home or in one of her many dining concepts for smooth hassle-free and fuss-free meal preparations. And in this season of #MasayangSaluSalowithGlad, the familiar and comforting flavors of the holidays begins with the proper kitchen essentials...

...for lasting memories long after that last satisfying bite and sip at the table. Let the feast begin...

At Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe, you just have to start with the comfortingly sweet Tsokolate Ah (P 180 Solo/P 320 Double) or the bold bittersweet Tsokolate Eh (P 180 Solo/P 340 Double) from their Tablea House Blend selection to get you in the proper groove.

Thick and smooth, each soothing sip warms and drapes the palate with its flavorful and lingering richness. It's the season for unrestrained indulgence, so go with the flow...

...after all, you deserve it. Finished with the traditional batirol before being poured to your cup, the fragrant aroma and deep rich notes with each sip becomes a comforting hug to the palate. That luscious mouthfeel after every sip lingers with its bold nutty notes. Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe offers a tempting selection of local artisanal chocolate house blends like the Tsoko-NutTsokolate Ah with Lechon Chicharon Disk, Tsoko Mallow, Tsokolateh Ah A la Mode, Tsoko-Barako, Tostadong Yema and Tsoko Tablea Sampler

Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe then served tasty bites to kick off the festive holiday feast...

...starting with the cheesy Longganisa Fundido (P 490) with caramelized onions, sweet and nutty tsoko maple and served with crisp cacao melba toast...

...followed by a duo of thin and crisp Pinoy Tarte FlambĂ© creations with the Pinoy Caprese Tarte (P 525) topped with Mozzarella, Cheddar, Quesong Puti, fresh basil and cherry tomatoes...

...and the Longganisa Tarte (P 495) with Mozzarella, Cheddar, Quesong Puti and cherry tomatoes. The creative play on familiar local flavors in a creamy cheese dip and a pair of crisp tartes are just some of the must-try offerings at Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe

But Glad Philippines and Brand Ambassador Happy Ongpauco-Tiu of Tsokolateria Artsanal Cafe have more flavorful treats in their bag of holiday tricks...

...like the Pugon Baked Brie (P 450) topped with sweet guava jam, cacao honey and crunchy adobo flakes. Each bite brings a delectable play on contrasting flavors and textures with the creamy notes of the baked brie complemented by the sweet guava jam cacao honey and savory richness of the crisp adobo flakes.

The Juan Caesar Salad (P 299 Original/P 380 with Smoked Bacon) with garden fresh and crisp lettuce and croutons slathered in a tart dressing and topped with cheese brings clean yet indulgent notes to the table...

...followed by two of Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe's popular noodle dishes from the Pasta Locale menu bannered by the Spicy Tuyo Pasta (P 499) with crisp tuyo flakes, garlic, olive oil and Parmesan...

...and the Cacao Smoked Black Palabok (P 470) with rich palabok sauce on black noodles topped with succulent seafood. Both noodle dishes present local flavors in an elegant pasta rendition with that signature touch from Happy Ongpauco-Tiu. And both are high up on list of personal picks at Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe.

More pasta? Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe also offers Malunggay Pesto, Truffle Bacon Lechon Carbonara, Longganisa Bolognese, Alimango at Aligue Pasta, Summer Pasta and Torched Mais at Quesong Puti Pasta

The Bruschetta Pandesal Platter (P 799) with three variants presents yet another flavorful trifecta from Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe's arsenal of inventive creations with homemade spicy sardines, grilled Quesong Puti and bacon belly topped with a poached egg. Each variant delivers distinct notes, each one a winner in my book.

From the All-Time Favorites menu of Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe are two of my other personal picks...

...led by the Bagnet Sisig with Cacao Garlic (P 380) with crispy slabs of chopped bagnet, onions, soy sauce and calamansi with scrambled eggs and a side of vegetables...

...and the Bacon Lechon Kawali (P 499) with tanglad marinated bacon cut crispy liempo cooked in peppercorns, bay leaf and cacao nibs. The infusion of cacao in popular local staples adds a flavorful depth to each dish with subtle and even nuanced nutty hints complementing both the pork sisig and bacon lechon kawali

A meal in itself, Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe offers other local favorites like the Bangus Salpicao, Adobo Overload, Bulalong Corned Beef, Salpicao & Sriracha, Smoked Bangus and Eggs, Seafood Trio, Gourmet Tinapa, Artisanal Longganisa, Sukiyaki Sweet Ribeye Tapa and Old Fashioned San Andres Tapa all served with a choice of garlic rice or black mountain rice, eggs and a side of vegetables.

The Tsokolateria Tablea Champorado (P 390 Regular/P 570 Sharing) is the classic ending to your Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe dining experience served with milk, chocolate, crispy danggit, pork chicharon and bacon bagnet on the side. It's your nostalgic favorite from childhood, elevated with pure chocolate goodness with all the crispy fixins' like danggit, bacon bagnet and pork chicharon for textural contrasts and that sweet and salty flavor combo. But it's the chocolate itself that really sets this chocolate porridge apart from the rest with its deep, rounded and full-on flavors.

Then, there's the tall, soft and fluffy Bibingka with Queso and Itlog na Maalat (P 375) as reimagined by Happy Ongpauco-Tiu at Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe pairing perfectly with the Tsokolate Ah. It's the flavors of the season recreated at Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe. Fresh from the kitchen, another treat awaits diners at Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe...

...with the new line of Happy Breads with its indulgent Pinoy-inspired fillings like the Leche Flan Croissant, the tangy Calamansi Tart, savory Adobo Flakes Floss, creamy Queso Puti Cream Crisp, Turon Danish, Ube and Langka Danish, rich and flaky Tablea Croissants, Kape Barako Pan de Coco and Champorado Bicho

A epic feast like this at Tsokolateria Artisanal Cafe brings the holiday cheer and the warm "salu-salo" spirit. And there are leftovers. You can take it with you and bring it all home with the line of kitchen essentials from Glad Philippines. Packed and sealed for freshness, nothing goes to waste. And that's a guarantee from Glad Philippines
