Elephant Grounds Celebrates a Decade of Good Times with Exciting New Dishes and Offers

Coffee and chill, ten years strong. Hong Kong based Elephant Grounds celebrates a decade of good times with an expanded menu plus exciting offers you just can't pass up...

Ten years in any business or venture is a big deal, and Elephant Grounds celebrates the milestone with tempting new dishes plus cool offers as a way of saying thanks to its loyal customers. A classic cheeseburger redefined, a technical yet soothing Americano, indulgent milkshakes and ice cream on crisp flavored handcrafted cones are just some of the new offerings at Elephant Grounds, plus awesome offers you can't miss. Read on for a sneak peek at the tasty menu additions of Elephant Grounds so you don't miss out on a good thing...

One of BGC's go-to spots for that much-needed caffeine fix, Elephant Grounds recently unveiled its expanded menu in celebration of its milestone tenth anniversary. The new offerings are all the reasons you need to visit your nearest Elephant Grounds location (for more on Elephant Grounds, see my earlier post Coffee n' Chill: Breakfast is Served at Elephant Grounds... from last year).

Chef Gabriel Garcia presents his personal culinary take on enduring staples with the classic EG Cheeseburger, the Americano Air, a new Milkshake line based on their signature ice cream flavors and delicately crisp ice cream cones. Chef Gabriel Garcia stays true to the original without radically changing the form or flavors, and the result is an elegantly refined spin guaranteed to tease your taste buds. Why complicate a good burger or milkshake? It's the masterful weave of meticulous culinary technique and inventive touches that redefine and even elevate the cheeseburger and milkshake experience at Elephant Grounds

The new menu additions will be formally launched on January 16, 2024 and will be available daily from 8:00 am to 10:00 pm in both Elephant Grounds locations at One Bonifacio High Street in BGC and The Podium in Ortigas City.

First order of the day, a soothing libation in that signature Elephant Grounds style. The new Americano Air (P 150) brings the deep, nutty and robust notes of coffee to the palate smoothened by a light foam head for a refreshingly new flavor experience. The velvety micro-aerated iced beverage is a tediously technical handcrafted creation giving the full rounded flavors of the coffee a delicate and even creamy finish. And no, the Americano Air doesn't contain any milk at all yet the mouthfeel and even the flavors leave a lingering richness after every sip. The unique micro-aeration process gives this beverage a distinctly smooth and refined finish. They say fans of Latté and black coffee drinkers are world's apart, but the new Americano Air closes the gap with its micro-aeration process.

And here's even more good news. To mark its milestone tenth anniversary, Elephant Grounds will be giving the first 100 customers at their One Bonifacio High Street and The Podium branches a complimentary Americano Air on January 16, 2024. Mark your calendar and experience coffee in a refreshingly new way at Elephant Grounds.

After a few more refreshing sips of the new Americano Air, Chef Gabriel Garcia then presented his masterful take on the timeless cheeseburger at Elephant Grounds...

The EG Cheeseburger (P 495) by Chef Gabriel Garcia is both nostalgic and comforting taking you back to countless childhood summers with its pure and uncluttered yet bold and rich flavors. Imagine a thick and juicy house-blended premium premium beef patty topped with American cheese and house-made pickles slathered with tart and creamy Signature Sauce on pillow-soft house-baked burger buns served with a side of crisp fries. And it really just doesn't get any better than that.

We've seen and enjoyed cheeseburgers reinvented with complicated toppings and combinations, but there are days when you just want a real honest to goodness cheeseburger. Uncomplicated without the usual frills, the EG Cheeseburger by Chef Gabriel Garcia is the purest expression of the classic cheeseburger and this one's a winner in my book.

I always look for the sharp and mildly sweet notes of onions to temper the savory richness of the beef, and Chef Gabriel Garcia does exactly that with the EG Cheeseburger. The onions are placed around the beef patty on the grill, allowing the juices to simmer and cook the onions adding even more savory flavors. The house-made pickles and Signature Sauce infused with pickle juice add even more layers of flavors capped the garden fresh and crisp lettuce, American cheese and soft house-baked bun for a legit burger.

All the different components come together for a seriously good cheeseburger. There's a subtle elegance in its simplicity, but this seemingly basic cheeseburger is more complicated than it looks. And the result is one of the best cheeseburgers in the metro. And you'll find it at Elephant Grounds starting January 16, 2024. Add this to your list of must-try burgers.

Make it a nostalgic day with a classic cheeseburger paired with a silky smooth milkshake from the new Milkshake line of Elephant Grounds. Chef Gabriel Garcia spins his culinary magic with a milkshake that's silky smooth. Unlike the usual options where the frozen blend is just too thick, the new Milkshake line at Elephant Grounds offers the perfect consistency and texture for that luscious sip from start to finish.

Chef Gabriel Garcia employs some wicked alchemy to get the texture just right, and you'll soon experience it after the very first sip. Milkshakes and a cheeseburger? That's a perfect day for me.

The new Milkshake line (P 225) at Elephant Grounds uses the well-loved and popular Elephant Grounds ice cream flavors as the base including Toasted Rice, Acai and Hazelnut whipped to a delicately soft and creamy perfection. Not too sweet, each sip drapes the palate with a silky smooth and luscious richness.

And there's more. You just can't have enough of a good thing, right? Elephant Grounds also served their handmade Signature Ice Cream Cones in Original, Red Velvet and Charcoal flavor variants. Prepared as you order, your cone is served at its flavorful peak with its delicately crisp texture at Elephant Grounds

Top your handcrafted specialty cone with a decadent scoop from the lavish selection of Ice Cream (P 180) at Elephant Grounds like Cookies 'n Cream, Toasted Rice, Acai Mixed Berry, Hazelnut and ASAP Rocky Road on your choice of cone like Original...

...Charcoal...

...or Red Velvet. Elephant Grounds has a lot to celebrate with its milestone tenth anniversary. And the Hong Kong based coffee concept invites their loyal customers to join the festivities. The new EG Cheeseburger, Milkshake line and Ice Cream Cones are guaranteed to get you in a festive mood, so visit your nearest Elephant Grounds branch and celebrate a decade of good times...
