Myron's all-time signature dishes like Fresh Oysters with Foie Gras, Tiger Prawns and US Sea Scallops, and Roasted Iberian Chicken adds an elegant spin to Father's Day for a memorable dining experience. Enjoy a tipple and a toast before your meal with Myron's latest signature cocktail, the Marianito, a refreshing blend of vermouth, gin, and a twist of lemon garnished with green olives. Dads deserve a well-deserved toast, and the Marianito fits the bill.
Indulge in savory bites before the mains with Myron's Txistorra Chorizo with Black Olives (P 325), a tasty starter with with the rich notes of Spanish pork sausages from the Basque country perfectly tempered by the equally bold hints of the olives for balanced flavors. Go ahead and have a second round of the Marianito or a glass of Myron's house wine...
The creamy and comforting flavors of earthy mushrooms come through with Myron's Cappuccino of Mushroom (P 250), capped with a light frothy head of richness. Each sip coats your palate with its fresh flavors, intensified with each succeeding sip.
Myron's brings back the classic dining experience, with its Caesar's Salad prepared by your tableside (L). The slow and tedious preparation adds an elegant nostalgic touch to dining at Myron's, as Ramon Eugenio takes over to complete the sumptuous salad course (R).
The fresh and clean flavors of Myron's Caesar Salad (P 325 for one/P 600 for two) cleanses the palate, with just the right hint of lemon contrasting with the richness of the comforting Caesar's dressing capped by the crisp garden-fresh greens.
In between courses, enjoy another cocktail for another toast to Dads everywhere with Myron's Mojito with its minty and soothing notes followed by a whisper of sweetness and the deep smoky notes of rum. A few more sips and you're just about ready for Myron's signature mains...
The elegantly plated Tiger Prawns and US Sea Scallops with Roasted Pumpkin and Scallion Sauce (P 990) simply tastes as good as it looks. The vibrant briny sweetness of the plump prawn and the succulent scallops are layered with a subtle smoky hint from the grill, and perfectly complemented by the nutty and creamy roasted pumpkin and scallion sauce for a rich play on flavors. The freshness of the seafood makes this dish a light yet flavorful main course option at Myron's.
Craving for pasta? Myron's got that covered too. The Fusilli with Grilled Chicken and Bleu Cheese (P 415) is one of their new pasta dishes combining the delicate flavors of grilled chicken with the distinct sharp notes of the blue cheese in a comforting pasta dish. Other popular pasta dishes include their Penne with Chorizo and Tomato Sauce (P 395), Linguini with Fresh Mushrooms and Truffle Oil (P 450), and Handmade Black Fettuccine with Seafood and Anchovies in a Light Tomato Sauce (P 450).

For Myron's countless loyal diners through the years, The President (P 3,100) has always been the hands-down choice, and the perfect dish for any celebration. Pair it with Myron's Rice (P 180), soft and fluffy fried rice made richer with steak drippings, and you have a serious feast, Myron's style.
A hefty premium slab, all 500 grams of US Certified Angus adds that celebratory vibe to any gathering at Myron's. The tender, juicy, and melt-in-your-mouth savory richness of The President is an experience in itself. Perfectly grilled to medium rare with a juicy pink center, it's pure beef bliss on a plate. Topped with Himalayan pink salt, you don't need anything else. Seriously.
Mon and Monique even shared the story behind the name of The President. Brainstorming on a proper handle for their signature dish, in walks the previous former president for a steak. Perfect timing, call it a sign, and the name "The President" seemed appropriate.
