Perfectly Seared. At Seared...

Cool cocktails, tasty bar chow and hearty mains with a quirky and playful vibe, Seared brings all your classic favorites with a modern spin...

Seared offers simple, uncluttered, uncomplicated, and feel-good dishes that just hits the spot and will have you going back for seconds with its extensive menu offerings, each one seared to perfection.

Located at the Ground Floor of Techno Point Building along Julia Vargas Avenue in Pasig City, Seared celebrates our love and passion for meat and everything in between with reinterpretations of classic favorites. With a well-stocked bar at the second floor, come in for a drink for a refreshing tipple before your main course...

Start with a refreshing Mocktail like the Kadence (P 135), a refreshing blend of cucumber, lime, watermelon and basil to open up your palate.  And if you're up for it, why not go for some of their "hugot" mocktails like Love Hurts (a strawberry yogurt mocktail), Let Go (with mango yogurt) and Move On (with Greek yogurt). And if you're one of many who believe its 5pm somewhere in the world, make your own happy hour with Seared's signature cocktails like the Negroni, Moscow Mule and Whiskey Sour.

Pair your cocktails with Seared's Cowabunga (P 265), a tempting platter of intricate and crisp taco cups filled with Wagyu beef chili, bell peppers and chopped tomatoes draped in homemade bechamel cheese sauce...

...the savory Sizzling Sausage served on a hot metal skillet...

...the classic Gambas Al Ajillo (this one's a personal favorite) with plump and succulent shrimps lightly seared in olive oil and topped with garlic and chili for that layer of soothing heat...

...or the Salt and Pepper Pork, deep-fried pork rubbed with salt and pepper for that savory pork love that's perfect with round after round of wine or beer. Go for Unlimited Wine for only P 395 per head from Monday to Thursday, 6pm to 11pm. Or why not go for the Beer Bucket Promo for only P 195 with San Mig Light or Pale Pilsen?

But if you're after a hearty meal, Seared has that covered too. From burgers to steaks, pasta and rice bowls, take your pick at Seared.

The wittingly named Malcom's X (P 395), their signature burger with a juicy all-beef patty topped with sauteed mushrooms, smoked bacon, and fried egg, is a meal in itself. They say there's an interesting back story on the name of the burger, but whatever it is, it works. From the savory beef patty to the nutty hints of the mushrooms and the sharp notes of the bacon, each bite is capped by the richness of the egg for a winning burger. And those Wagyu Fat Curly Fries are the perfect side for the burger.

And if you want more meat, no worries. Meet The Godfather (P 1,685), a showstopper for an all-meat platter with BBQ Baby Back Ribs, Hamilton Country-Style Fried Chicken, tender and juicy A Chops, and Hannibal Marbled Wagyu Beef Brisket served with Wagyu Fat Curly Fries and four sauces.

And each course on the impressive platter is prepared sous-vide for that juicy and tender texture and mouth-feel. The platter offers a variety of flavor and texture, from the crisp yet juicy chicken, the smoky baby back ribs, the tender and thick pork chop and the savory beef brisket with its deep and rich notes. When you have all these meats served on a wooden board, you need to bring your A-game. And an ice-cold beer to wash it all down. Aptly named, think of it as an offer you can't refuse.

Craving for some good old-fashioned chicken? The Naked Fried Chicken (P 595) is another winner with marinated deep-fried whole chicken served with homemade chimichurri and tart salsa with two sides (add P 60) or four sides (P 110). With no fancy breading, all you get is the delicate and juicy flavors of the chicken capped by a lightly crisp outer layer for some classic flavors. Sometimes, all you need is a bite of comforting homestyle flavors to put everything in perspective. And yes, sometimes old school still rules. And if you want steaks, Seared's got that covered too with their Mr. Porter (P 3,100), an 18 oz pan-seared Wagyu Porterhouse; The Bronco (P 2,900), an 18 oz Wagyu T-Bone steak; and The Patron (P 3,300), a pan-seared Wagyu Ribeye.

For dessert, why not indulge in another comforting throwback? The Skillet S'mores (P 150) with soft and fluffy toasted marshmallows laid on a bed of crushed honey Graham crust with peanut butter drizzled with dark chocolate just takes you back to carefree childhood summers...

...and it gets a whole lot better with Vanilla Ice Cream (add P 60) for that perfect finish. The honey Graham and peanut butter crust gives this dessert a flavorful depth, while the marshmallows drizzled with dark chocolate completes the dish. Perfect. If you're looking for a cool spot for lunch or a few drinks after work, Seared along Julia Vargas is all fired up just for you.
