Named and inspired by the tedious and traditional process of their signature burger, grinding, Grind Bistro + Cafe uses 100% USDA-approved beef and ground fresh daily in-house for consistency in texture and flavor. Located at the Third Level, Grind Bistro + Cafe takes its signature burgers and comforting dishes to SM Aura Premier, adding to your dining choices. Start with the Veggie Flatbread (P 295), a rustic crust draped in homemade marinara sauce topped with sun-dried tomatoes, Kalamata olives, artichokes, capers, and toasted peppers...


...and the refreshing Poke Nachos (P 495), with fresh ahi tuna marinated in soy, chili, and sesame, local chevre, orange, and wasabi tobiko, pico de gallo, taro and sweet potato chips. The clean, briny notes of the premium ahi tuna come through, punctuated by the intense flavors of the soy, chili, and sesame marinade. The sharp notes of the wasabi tobiko and tart flavors of the pico de gallo add even more contrasting notes, capped by the crisp sweet potato and taro chips. The Grind Burger (P 395), the house specialty with 100% USDA beef topped with vine-ripened tomato, crisp iceberg lettuce, and fresh onion draped with American cheese and a secret housemade sauce on a soft and buttery brioche bun fresh from the oven, reflects the culinary philosophy of Grind Bistro + Cafe. The thick all-beef patty retains its form all the way to the last bite, delivering rich, beefy, and juicy flavors. The American cheese and housemade sauce adds more layers of distinct notes, with the crisp iceberg lettuce, sweet onion, and tart tomato completing the flavors, coming together in a seamless and comforting blend. The fresh-baked brioche, with its soft and buttery notes, caps this impressive burger.
