Visum Ventures, Inc. unveils yet another innovating dining concept with its sumptuous array of Greek dishes at Meraki by Oh My Greek. Now open at Ikea along Seashell Lane in Mall of Asia, the new concept highlights the Greek specialty dishes of Oh My Greek with a more complex yet delicate play on deeper, richer and nuanced notes. The success of Oh My Greek reveals what we already know, diners appreciate freshness, quality and authenticity in a cluttered culinary landscape of countless options. An aggressive expansion led to the continuous roll-out of new branches at the height of the pandemic, and more diners are increasingly aware of the brand. Inspired by the Greek word for doing something with passion, creativity, love and soul, Meraki by Oh My Greek transforms the casual vibe of the original concept with a more refined and elegant twist while staying true to fresh and authentic Greek cuisine. 

The open kitchen layout at Meraki by Oh My Greek provides diners a glimpse of the magic behind each dish served at the latest concept from Visum Ventures, Inc. The kitchen is shared with Santé by Zig located beside Meraki by Oh My Greek, and you can also order from their menu.

....starting with the hearty and comforting Beef Moussaka (P 460) with savory beef, potatoes and eggplant. 

A traditional Greek dish, Meraki by Oh My Greek recreates this classic with a rustic flair with layers of flavors from the beef, potatoes and eggplant. Each spoonful warms the palate, releasing bold and fresh savory notes. You'll find the best-selling gyros from Oh My Greek at Meraki as well, but you you may want to try the sumptuous mains... 

...like the Lemon Chicken (P 520), pan-seared chicken with potatoes, oregano, lemon and fresh thyme. The delicate flavors of the juicy chicken are enhanced by the bright and zesty hints of lemon with the subtle herbal notes from the oregano and thyme completing the dish. It's a light yet satisfying meal, prepared exceptionally well. 

For those looking for seafood, the Salmon Tzatziki (P 640) with asparagus, lemon and fresh thyme is recommended. Pan-seared, the buttery richness of the premium slab of salmon is enjoyed with each bite followed by hints of lemon and thyme for that contrasting balance. The freshness and quality of each component, from the asparagus to the salmon, is consistent with the culinary style you'd expect from Oh My Greek. Freshness and flavor come together in a perfectly executed dish using the finest ingredients at Meraki by Oh My Greek.

For those with heftier appetites, the tender Filet Mignon (P 730) should hit the spot. The tempting slab of beef tenderloin is laid on silky smooth pomme purée topped with peppercorn sauce with a side of tapenade and fresh rosemary.

For me, there's one dessert that ends any visit to Meraki by Oh My Greek on a lavish sweet note and that's the Yaoriti (P 165) with natural Greek yogurt, honey and walnuts. Simple, uncomplicated yet indulgent. A quick scan at the menu reveals a wide range of options from breakfast to mains, desserts, beverages and Glikos Greek coffee to tapas and cocktails.
