In celebration of its 5th Anniversary, Teppanya presents their Unlimited Madness promotion starting August to September at their new SM North Edsa North Towers branch for only P 988+ (Lunch) and P 1,188+ (Dinner and Holidays). You've experienced unlimited offers before. But when the whole menu becomes part of the offer with no restrictions, then that's one deal that's hard to pass up. Serving times for Lunch (P 988+) are from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, Dinner (P 1,188+) from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm and Holidays (P 1,188+) from 10:00 am to 9:00 pm (note that a charge of P 812 will be applied for left-overs). 


And what's included in the Unlimited Madness offer? Everything on the menu, from sushi and sashimi...


...to donburi, appetizers, soups, grilled items and their signature teppanyaki offerings. That's right. It's all-you-can-eat, simplified without the fuss and complicated details. Everything on the menu is fair game. Teppanya goes all-out and all-in for their 5th Anniversary with the Unlimited Madness promotion.

Teppanyaki is never just about the food, it's entertainment as well. At Teppanya, the skilled chefs masterfully prepare your main dishes right on the teppan grill with their signature flair for a unique dining experience. A few introductions and our Ultimate Madness teppanyaki feast at Teppanya was about to begin...

Our chef then fires up the teppanyaki grill to kick-off our Unlimited Madness teppanyaki experience. The flames perform a graceful dance on the grill, stoked by a quick swipe of the spatula. Flamed and properly prepped, the grill is now ready.


Start your teppanyaki feast at Teppanya with the Sashimi Moriawase loaded with salmon, tuna, mackerel, ebi, kani, tamago, Spanish mackerel and uni or sea urchin...


...or if you prefer your seafood over rice, go for the Chirashi Don with salmon, tuna, mackerel, ebi, kani, tamago, Spanish mackerel and uni. The vibrant flavors are driven by freshness and nothing else. You just don't mess around with flavors like this. But don't stop there just yet...


How about some premium Hokkaido Scallops?

Each bite delivers fresh and clean briny notes capped by the nutty richness of butter and garlic. One bite releases a burst of briny and sweet notes lining the palate. One order isn't enough. No worries, you can order as much as you want.


After some Hokkaido Scallops, how about some Hokkaido Oysters baked with cheese?


Or lightly breaded drizzled with a mildly sweet sauce? Why not have both. You get the fresh saline flavors with just a hint of briny sweetness from these imported oysters both ways. And just like everything on the menu at Teppanya's Unlimited Madness, you can order as much as you want. 

Our selection of premium beef is then prepared for the teppan grill. But before the mains, one of Teppanya's popular entrees, the Usuyaki Beef Roll, is also set on the grill. Thin slices of premium beef are rolled and stuffed with nutty enoki mushrooms on the grill...


...sizzling for mere seconds on each side...


...and served fresh from the teppan grill topped with spring onions and thinly-sliced crisp garlic chips. The savory richness of the juicy and tender beef is complemented by the earthy and nutty hints of the mushrooms, capped by the distinct flavors of the garlic chips for delicately balance flavors. It's really no surprise why this is one of the more popular items on Teppanya's menu. 


I go for an old favorite, the Foie Gras Aburi Sushi, for that indulgent melt-in-your-mouth buttery finish. The nutty richness of the foie gras is perfectly tempered by the sweet and tart apple compote for balanced flavors. There's just nothing quite like foie gras, and when you can have as much as you want, that's reason enough to celebrate. 


If you're looking for a little spice, add some heat to your teppanyaki feast with Teppanya's Fried Volcano Roll stuffed with spicy tuna, tempura and cucumber. The wide variety of tasty options should satisfy any craving or appetite. Take another look at the menu and see if there's anything that you still haven't tried. It's Unlimited Madness, so just go for it.

For a feast like this, you need some rice. Choose from Mixed Fried Rice with beef, chicken and shrimps; Seafood Chahan, Beef Fried Rice, Chicken Fried Rice, Scallop Fried Rice, and Shrimp Fried Rice. Our chef entertains us with more of his slick moves...


...and in minutes, my Seafood Fried Rice is served. Soft and moist, infused with the distinct flavors of the different ingredients, a bowl is a meal in itself.


Time for some sweet and savory Yakitori with juicy marinated skewered chicken with leeks and capsicum to open up your palate for the main course...


...with the Angus Striploin, perfectly grilled to medium rare with a juicy pink center on the teppanyaki grill.

But that's not all, our chef also prepared platters of Angus Flank Steak, Angus Skirt Steak and Brazilian Beef Tenderloin for an all-out beef fest. Each platter comes with an ornately designed serving of salt and pepper. And that's all you need with your beef, nothing else. 


In between bites, order up one of Teppanya's Premium Makimono & Chef's Special Rolls...


...or some Nobu Style Teriyaki Gindara with its delectable sweet notes.

Then, it's back to the teppanyaki grill with another of Teppanya's signature specialties. The imported Galician Pork Belly from Spain is another must-try at Teppanya, a juicy slab layered with just the right amount of flavorful fat for rich savory notes.

Teppanya also offers other innovative dishes for even more tasty options. Fresh makimono flambeed right on the teppan grill? Why not. The chef indulges us with a unique maki creation romanced by the flame with the Flambe Citrus Roll from their Premium Makimono selection...


...a creamy and flavorful roll with indulgent salmon, cucumber, cream cheese and Japanese mayo with subtle smoky hints from the flame. Creative and diferrent, the flambe is a nice touch to the presentation.


The Fried Sesame Crusted Spicy Salmon Roll with salmon, cream cheese and panko offers contrasting textures and flavors, and there's just so much more to try at Teppanya. Be sure to pace yourself. 

Looking for more comforting and familiar Japanese flavors? You can't go wrong with the Ebi Tempura. Or the Salmon Sashimi. The extensive menu at Teppanya is a diverse mix of both traditional and modern interpretations of Japanese cuisine, and the Ultimate Madness promotion lets you try all of it.

As with any buffet or all-you-can-eat offers, the trick is to pace yourself. After a few more tasty nibbles, you're ready for another round of beef. Round two with more Angus Striploin, Angus Flank Steak, Angus Skirt Steak and Brazilian Beef Tenderloin...

...then sliced and served.Tender with bold, beefy notes, a dab in the delicately patterned salt and pepper on the platter completes the flavors.
