With a rich wine-making legacy spanning more than 165 years, the cool vibe of summer is welcomed with a lavish feast and unlimited rounds of fine wine produced by Australia's second largest wine company...

Hardys celebrated the start of summer with its Summer Chill Out party last March 9, 2018 showcasing the wide range and variety of fine wines that Hardys has built over the past century and a half at City of Dreams Manila. A lavish feast with savory barbecue and so much more, unlimited rounds with a wide variety of fine wine...time to to chill with Hardys at City of Dreams Manila's Wave.

One of Australia's beloved and iconic names in the wine industry, Hardys has produced and continues to create some of the finest vintages from Australia that are prized in many lucrative wine markets around the world. Hardys has gone a long way since it was established at the lush and verdant McLaren Vale wine region. Founded in 1853 by Englishman Thomas Hardy, Hardys gained the unique distinction of being the first to ship wine from Australia to England back in 1857, earning him the title of Father of the South Australian Wine Industry. But Thomas Hardy didn't stop there. Today, Hardys sources its best wines from over 5,000 acres of vineyards located around Adelaide, South Australia's capital to serve a fast-growing global market. Throughout its 165 year history, the art and passion of the winemaker's craft is preserved with its rich legacy for the whole world to enjoy, one tasty sip, glass and bottle at a time. At the Hardys Summer Chill Out at Wave, guests were treated to an exclusive tasting of Hardy's extensive wine selection paired with a sumptuous buffet spread prepared by City of Dreams Manila.

Held at Wave, the casual and laid-back pool deck of City of Dreams Manila, the Hardys Summer Chill Out began as the afternoon sun slowly faded casting its golden glow. By sundown, the vibe is transformed as the festive lights of City of Dreams Manila takes over. A glass of Hardys Stamp Riesling Gwurtztraminer gets you in the groove...

Executive Sous Chef Jean Philippe Dupas (L) and the culinary team of City of Dreams Manila prepared a lavish feast to pair with Hardys. The sizzling sound and aroma of lamb chops, fish skewers, lamb & rosemary sausages, grilled prawns with lemons, beef sausage, and barbecue chicken wings added a festive vibe to the evening...
