Food News: Tous les Jours Opens in Alabang Town Center

Tous les Jours recently opened a new store at the Alabang Town Center, offering a variety of fresh baked products from bread, pastries to cakes, all in one place. Meaning "everyday" in French, Tous les Jours is a Korean-based brand with a simple corporate philosophy: providing consumers with the best quality and freshest products every day.

Tous les Jours positions itself as a nature-friendly, homemade bakery, and one immediately feels this vibe when entering the store. The overall look is rustic with a slight vintage yet contemporary feel, and the use of brick and wood gives the store a warm, homey and casual atmosphere. It's a perfect look that best showcases Tous les Jours' range of quality baked products.

Tous les Jours' friendly staff welcoming guests during the opening.

Products are baked fresh everyday using only the finest quality ingredients, with no artificial flavoring and coloring ingredients, and this is evident when you enter the store and the aroma of fresh baked bread greets you, a sure sign of good things to come.

So many choices, some familiar, some new and refreshing different...

Aside from traditional baked products, Tous les Jours also offers fresh baked treats made from sticky rice. sweet potato flour, and red beans. The textures and flavors are unique yet comforting, giving one so many options to explore something new and different. And last June 22, Tous les Jours invited media and bloggers to sample a few trademark specialties...

Sweet Black Rice Bread with Cream Cheese Filling (P 48), soft, chewy, similar to mochi in texture.

The cream cheese filling is a nice surprise, giving this treat a rich texture.

The Almond Croissant (P 68), light and flaky, topped with crispy cookie dough and almonds, and filled with almond custard cream.

The flaky croissant with the crisp cookie dough and almonds is a real treat, and with the almond custard cream, really awesome.

Sweet Sticky Rice Bread topped with cookie crumbs with custard creme filling, another sweet treat on your must try list. Crisp exterior, soft and chewy inside, another winner.

Pumpkin Muffin (P 58), sweet, moist, topped with pumpkin and a sweet pumpkin filling.

The Chocolate Castella (P 248), a Tous les Jour signature cake, made from premium dark chocolate, flour, eggs and sugar. The Chocolate Castella is baked in a special oven designed to retain moisture, and what you get is a rich, moist cake like no other.

The Chocolate Castella is adapted from a popular Japanese sponge cake commonly served during festivals and celebrations, but you can indulge yourself with this unique treat baked fresh everyday.

The Strawberry Inspiration Cake (P 598), another classic Tous les Jours signature cake, filled with fresh hand-picked strawberries from Korea and topped with fresh yogurt cream icing...

...and sprinkled with all natural strawberry powder. And the green leaf? That's made with natural green tea powder. Awesome combo, a sweet and indulgent treat and a feast for the eyes as well.

The Classic New York Cheesecake (P 1,280), made with the finest, all natural ingredients.

Rich, creamy, pure indulgence. Just the right sugar fix to start or end the day.

Tous les Jours offers an impressive selection of specialty cakes for any occasion, an extensive range unique to Tous les Jours. Choosing one can be a challenge, so take your time.

And don't forget the fresh baked bread, made from premium ingredients imported from Korea.  The bread and pastry selection is equally impressive...

...treat yourself to a few fresh baked items, grab a tray and fill it up.
