What's in the Fridge...

Checked the fridge, found some half opened bag of spinach. Hmm...maybe a salad. One tomato...well, that would do. And, hey...crab sticks! Or what's left of it...

For the dressing, I found some near empty bottles of  olive oil and balsalmic vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste...

My doctor's gonna love me for this salad...gotta stock up the fridge soon.

  1. Ohhh my god, this post is so funny. I love it. The best part is: "My doctor's gonna love me for this salad". The title of the post kills me. You made me laugh tonight. Your salad looks awesome. Thank you for the nice comments on my blog :-)

  2. Hi Anita, thanks! And yeah, I need to start eating a more balanced diet, to compensate for the burgers, butter and steak cravings. Thanks for stopping by, Anita!

  3. I love raiding the fridge for whatever is left behind...hopefully not left for too long. I'm a huge fan of smorgasbord nights, but it is pretty sad when I find leftovers and can't even remember when I made them.
