Starting November 7, 2017, Bistro United by The Round Table offers guests and diners a wide range of diverse flavors with its themed All-You-Can-Eat Holiday Feast each day of the week (except Mondays) for only P 375 per person. Get into the holiday groove  with some serious feasting at Bistro United, simply pick your day of the week...

Chef Mia K. Capay and her team at Bistro United kicks off the festive holidays of sumptuous feasts with their themed All-You-Can-Eat Holiday Feast from Tuesday to Sunday with their signature dishes (for more on Bistro United's comforting "Feel Good Food," see my previous post, A Taste of Feel Good Food at Bistro United).

Each day of the week highlights unique culinary styles, starting with the Pinoy Food Revival on Tuesdays featuring Spicy Bulalo, Chicken Inasal, and Fish Fillet in Coconut Cream and more. Bistro United takes you on a flavorful culinary journey to Spain every Wednesday with a Spanish Affair for a lavish feast of All-Meat Paella, Salmon Croquettas, and Pasta Aglio Olio. The flavors of Asia take the spotlight on Thursdays with a Mongolian Buffet spread, Yakimono Teriyaki, and Pork Shogayaki for The Great Asian Invasion. End the week with Bistro United's Cheat Day Fridays and indulge in Fried Pizza Rolls, Loaded Mashed Potatoes, and Southern Fried Chicken. On Saturdays and Sundays, it's Freestyle Weekend at Bistro United featuring a selection of Chef's favorites and signature dishes. Each menu cycle in the week will include Bistro United's signature Roast Beef Carving from Tuesday to Sunday. That Tuesday, I sampled Bistro United's take on All-Filipino favorites with the Pinoy Food Revival theme to start the week with a flavorful punch. Start with some crisp Lumpiang Togue, tasty deep-fried spring rolls filled with bean sprouts and vegetables...

...followed by a creamy and comforting serving of Macaroni Salad with bits of pineapple, ham and raisins. It's the classic flavors of any celebratory feast at home, recreated at Bistro United's All-You-Can-Eat Holiday Feast.

Continue your feast of comforting local flavors with a refreshing Ensaladang Pako, a local salad of fiddlehead fern with red onions, tomatoes, and salted duck egg drizzled with a tart vinaigrette. The flavors are fresh and clean, and the perfect start to an All-Filipino feast at Bistro United.

But there's more. Bistro United's Minatamis na Dilis (L), crisp deep-fried anchovies with a sweet glaze offers tasty bites  pairing well with the Ensaladang Pako. Or go for a bowl of Spicy Bulalo (R), a homey beef broth with bone marrow and vegetables and just the right level of heat from the fresh black pepper and other spices.

And the best part? You can come back for seconds. And thirds. And you can enjoy your feast at your own pace, so you don't have to rush.

For the savory mains, the Pinoy Food Revival Eat-All-You-Can Holiday Feast at Bistro United featured the rich and creamy Ginataang Isda, tender fish fillet draped in coconut cream topped with vegetables...

...and the Homemade Chicken Inasal, a local regional grilled chicken marinated with lime, pepper, vinegar and annatto oil.

You'll need some rice to complete your All-Filipino feast. The smoky hints of the Chicken Inasal pair well with the flavorful Adobo Rice. Extra rice? Go for it. It's the holidays...

Enjoy even more local flavors with Bistro United's Bam-I, another regional noodle dish with two kinds of noodles topped with vegetables and pork...

...and go for another round.

No meal at Bistro United is complete without their signature Roast Beef...

A hefty slab of US Prime Beef Belly marinated and seasoned with Bistro United's special spice blend and slow-roasted for six hours, there's a whole lot of love with this Roast beef. And you can have it everyday at Bistro United's All-You-Can-Eat Holiday Feast from Tuesday to Sunday.

Sliced paper-thin like bacon, each strip of fork-tender beef is layered with flavorful fat for that savory richness. The contrasting textures of crispness from the charred outer layer and the melt-in-your-mouth beef will make you come back for more. Add some Mushroom Sauce or mildly spicy Peppercorn Sauce on the side to complete the dish.

But save room for dessert. Bistro United's inventive Kalabasa Flan combines everything we love about the traditional caramel custard with the sweetness of pumpkin, and it works. Topped with pumpkin balls, the deep, sweet and earthy notes of pumpkin play well with the decadent flan. Go for another slice, you know you want it...

Cap your feast at Bistro United with their tempting Ube Mini-Cake, just perfect with a freshly brewed cup of coffee. All these, for only P 375 (plus 10% service charge). And here's an even better deal.
