For the dressing, I found some near empty bottles of olive oil and balsalmic vinegar, add salt and pepper to taste...
My doctor's gonna love me for this salad...gotta stock up the fridge soon.

ReplyDeleteI love raiding the fridge for whatever is left behind...hopefully not left for too long. I'm a huge fan of smorgasbord nights, but it is pretty sad when I find leftovers and can't even remember when I made them.
