Complementing the selection of premium dry-aged steaks at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Grill is a tempting array of exclusive Latin style grill items such as the Peruvian Lomo Saltado and Roast Chicken a la Brasa for a sumptuous feast romanced by the flame of the grills.

The vibrant citrus hints and soothing sweetness from the bitters, Amaretto and Muscovado are perfectly tempered by the deep lingering notes from the bourbon adding a flavorful depth with each sip for that perfect tipple before a sumptuous feast from the grill. 


Or you can make it a classic affair with the timeless and enduring Martini with Hendrick's Gin and its fragrant bouquet of botanicals. From their Burgers & Sandwiches Menu, the Wolfgang's Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich (P 1,788) with tender and brined corned beef slices, sauerkraut and Gruyere cheese on rye bread offers a big bite of the Big Apple right here at Gateway 2 in Araneta City. Served with thin and crisp chips and a legit sour pickle, the Wolfgang's Corned Beef Reuben Sandwich packs real and solid flavors.  


The slabs of corned beef makes this sandwich a loaded and stacked meal in itself, dry-aged and cured to perfection. From the rye bread to the sauerkraut, fresh, juicy and tart tomatoes and dressing to the tender corned beef, the flavors come together in a balanced weave of richness. Classic, traditional and steeped in rustic Americana, Wolfgang's Steakhouse Grill's rendition of a New York staple is spot on. 


The Wolfgang's Crab Cakes (P 988) is another consistent starter made with succulent lumps of crab meat draping the palate with a rich briny sweetness. Paired with a side salad and creamy dip, it's the perfect prelude to a sumptuous grilled feast at a beloved New York institution.


Much has already been said about the popular slab of bacon at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Grill, but the Sizzling Kurobuta Bacon (P 798/slice) deserves all the acclaim, fanfare and praise. Tender, juicy and savory, each bite delivers a delectable and lingering sweetness with a flavorful punch of smoky hints. Thick yet juicy, one bite just won't cut it and the first of many bites are soon on the way.


The Skirt Steak Tacos (P 1,488) brings Southwestern flair to your table with tender USDA Prime Beef Skirt Steak, soft tortillas, sour cream and chimichurri. Simply pick up a few slices and top it on a soft tortilla, add a generous dab of sour cream and chimichurri then roll it up before taking a bite. A good skirt steak brings bold and beefy notes with a flavorful depth and richness, and the Skirt Steak Tacos delivers from the very first bite.


Oh, don't forget your salad. The Burrata Salad (P 1,088) with tomatoes, roasted capsicum and Portobello mushrooms is an indulgent salad course with the luscious and silky smooth creamy richness of fresh cheese. Paired with the tomatoes, capsicum and mushrooms for contrasting notes and textures, it's an elegant start to your sumptuous meal at Wolfgang's Steakhouse Grill.


The Arugula Salad (P 798) with garden-fresh and crisp greens, shards of Parmesan and green apple slices dressed in a light vinaigrette is all about freshness. The clean and pure flavors refreshes the palate with the mild spicy hints of the arugula punching through followed by the sharpness of the Parmesan tempered by the sweetness of the green apples. 


For the mains, the Grilled Barbecue Baby Back Ribs (P 3,588 Full Rack) is a solid pick. Tender and fall-off-the-bone US Pork glazed in a thick, sticky, sweet, tart and smoky homemade barbecue sauce, the play on contrasting flavors from the savory richness of the pork to the delectable glaze is pure barbecue perfection. And don't hold back. Go for the full rack. 


Vibrant Latin flavors are highlighted with the Peruvian style Lomo Soltado (P 2,388) with its festive medley of fresh and savory notes from the beef, tomatoes, onions, fresh herbs and chimichurri. The complex palette of colorful flavors are bright and bold yet complementing the other for that balanced finish. The full-on flavors of the USDA Prime Beef shine in this dish, releasing its buttery notes on the palate complemented by the sauces, herbs and vegetables for a comforting meal. You'll want some rice with this. 


The quintessential Wolfgang's Steakhouse experience is then served, still sizzling and fresh off the grill. USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse for Two (P 4,488 per kg) is a sensory moment, with the sight, sound and aroma teasing your appetite. Laid on a saucer for the buttery au jus to flow down one side, the USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse is the heart and very essence of the Wolfgang's Steakhouse brand

Tender with that delectable bite, the USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse is perfect as is competed by a drizzle of au jus to complete the flavors. Simply seasoned with salt and pepper, unhindered and unrestrained by unnecessary sauces, the USDA Prime Dry-Aged Porterhouse is sheer unbridled savory elegance in its purest form.
