Quick Bites: Head On Down To Gringo With Your Amigos, Now Open At O Square 2 Greenhills.

Gringo's takes their signature Mexican-Latin fiesta of flavors to Greenhills...

Gringo recently opened their tenth and largest branch at the new O Square 2 in Greenhills, offering spacious private dining options for any celebration. Your favorite chicken and ribs from Gringo is a welcome addition to the Greenhills food scene, bringing lively Mexican-Latin flavors to your party.

The massive space is the perfect venue for any celebration with a unique Mexican-Latin vibe, right here at the heart of Greenhills (for more on Gringo, see my previous post, Lunch in a Box by Gringo Chicken, Ribs, and Friends). After the ceremonial ribbon-cutting, it was time to feast...

TV and radio personalities like Bea Fabregas (L) hosted the evening's festivities, which included cool games and even cooler prizes like an Apple iWatch for the winner of the Rib Eating Contest (R). Good times and a whole lot of good vibes, that's what you can expect at Gringo.

But it's Gringo's signature chicken and ribs that are the stars of the party. Diners can enjoy Gringo's best-selling chicken in two mouth-watering varieties, Original and Southern Spice. Gringo's Original Chicken offers traditional flavors with its blend of Mexican-Latin spices perfectly grilled for tender, juicy and richly-spiced notes with that smoky hint to complete the flavors. The Southern Spice Chicken offers distinct notes with its Southern American blend of herbs and spices for a flavorful kick. Gringo's signature chicken dishes are served with their homemade Lemon Herb Sauce, which pairs well with just about anything at Gringo's. A blend of herbs and spices with zesty and tart lemon hints, the creamy Lemon Herb Sauce adds that layer of rich flavors to complete any dish. If you're looking for something spicy, Gringo's Hot and Spicy Sauce should do the trick. Whatever you choose, you'll be coming back for more.

Not to be missed is Gringo's fall-off-the-bone Baby Back Ribs served with their signature barbecue sauce for that comforting taste of pork love with a Mexican-Latin twist. The Crispy Catfish Salsa is another must-try at Gringo, with deep-fried catfish topped with fresh and tart tomato salsa. That evening, guests to the opening were served a platter featuring all their best-sellers on a plate. Pair this with their El Gringo Margarita and you're ready to party...

And the new Gringo's branch in Greenhills has the space to accommodate your private fiesta with a maximum capacity of 80 at the main dining hall and an additional 70 at the function room to comfortably seat your posse. Gringo also provides a professional sound system and catering services to spice up any event. Big or small, Gringo's is more than ready to host your next celebration, just bring your appetite and let Gringo take care of the rest...

Gringo is located at the Ground Floor, Parking 1B, O Square 2, Greenhills Shopping Center, Greenhills, San Juan.
