For Simply Thai at Brasserie on 3, Executive Chef Warren Brown and Chef Dusadee Tindoy tease your palate with an impressive variety of garden-fresh salads, seafood, fruits and vegetables...


...including delicately Poached Vegetables with Thai Shrimp Paste. The fresh and clean notes from the medley of poached veggies are kicked up by the sharpness of the Thai Shrimp Paste to open up the palate. Similar to the local bagoong, the Thai Shrimp Paste has just the right briny saltiness for that flavorful punch.
