Hilton Manila officially welcomed the season of sparkle with the ceremonial lighting of the radiant Sinagtala tree, a bright symbol representing togetherness, joy and the enduring Filipino Christmas spirit...

...led by Hilton Manila Genera Manager Gagan Talwar, key management and special guests. In the next few days and weeks, tempting options from all around the metro will flood your social media feeds as the holidays begin. Fresh from an ambitious and refreshing new perspective on refined culinary expressions inspired by unrestrained creativity, the freshest and finest ingredients and masterful execution, Hilton Manila raises the bar for memorable dining experiences in all its outlets including Kusina Sea Kitchens

Hilton Manila Executive Chef Lord Bayaban leads the charge in the prestigious property's promise of an elevated dining experience with renewed focus on culinary creativity and ethical sourcing supporting local communities for the finest produce (for more on the ambitious program behind the elevated dining experiences at Hilton Manila including Kusina Sea Kitchens, see my post Experience Dining Reimagined As Hilton Manila Newport World Resorts Unveils A New Chapter In Flavor And Craftsmanship from early this year). But enough talk. It's time to feast at Kusina Sea Kitchens for a preview of their seasonal spread...

Located right by the entrance, the Japanese Station with its bountiful catch of the freshest seafood is the perfect spot to begin your yuletide feast at Kusina Sea Kitchens...

...with its impressive selection of traditional Japanese staples from sushi and sashimi to tempura and the must-try Buta Kakuni or tender Japanese braised pork belly, each one meticulously prepared by the station chefs.

Comforting local flavors await at the Filipino Station bringing the nostalgic flavors of home in its equally grand and lavish set-up...

That day, a festive roulade trifecta of traditional Filipino specialties tempts both the eyes and palate with the classic Pork Embutido...

...the juicy Chicken Galantina...

...and the savory Beef Morcon with each bite taking you back to countless carefree childhood summers.

And there's more. Lechon Kawali, Inihaw na Tuna, Pork Sisig and Pancit Bihon present even more tempting options. Grab another plate for a load of tender and juicy Chicken Inasal with its lightly charred edges for even more intense smoky hints paired with your own customized dipping sauce of vinegar, soy sauce, calamansi and fresh chilies. The Filipino Station also boasts of an impressive selection of local vinegars from around the country.

And don't pass up on the Garlic Butter Curacha. Succulent crab with garlic butter, just doesn't get better than this. And you can have as much as you want.

The centerpiece at the Filipino Station has to be the classic Lechon, whole roasted pig with its delicately crisp layer of crackling over juicy pork paired with the traditional liver sauce. You'll want some extra rice with this one.

The Smokehaus at Kusina Sea Kitchens offers its own tempting array of savory specialties from the Grilled Sausages...

...the Roast Turkey...

...the Country Style Ham with Pineapple Glaze...

...and the Crusted Roast Beef for a winning pork, beef and turkey trio. The lavish spread also includes pizza and the rustic Beef Bourgignon

Savor the flavors of global cuisine like the Crispy Fried Noodles with Seafood at the Asian Station...

...along with Indonesian Chicken Satay, Beef Rendang, freshly steamed dim sum and bowls of noodles prepared a la minute and Korean Galbi Jjim or Korean beef stew paired with Pineapple Fried Rice. Right beside the Asian Station is one of my personal picks at Kusina Sea Kitchens...

...with the authentic dishes at the Indian Station helmed by Chef Manesh. Grab another plate for a hefty serving of Whole Tandoori Lamb Leg with Biryani Rice...

...and another plate for the rich and savory Prawn Goan Curry, a personal pick...

...and the Lamb Rogan Josh. At Kusina Sea Kitchen, you can enjoy and savor the flavors of the world in one place for the festive season.

Sweet endings in a variety of decadent desserts featuring both western and local delicacies like Puto Bumbong and Bibingka complete your feast at Kusina Sea Kitchen. From ice cream and indulgent cakes and pastries...
