It's Back...Charlie's Grind & Grill's Snap Dawgs.

You asked for it. And you got it...

Charlie's Grind & Grill's signature Snap Dawgs are back...and better.

And these dawgs have a fresh snap with every bite. Go Naked Dawg (P 150 Single/P 280 Double) with a signature dawg on a fresh baked bun for purists, or go all the way with the Kitchen Sink Dawg (P 250 Single/P 480 Double) with just about everything on it. Your call.

And while you're at it, have a Corn Dog (P 145) too, bite-sized versions of the classic corn dog made with real German franks and cornmeal batter, served with mustard on the side. Each bite delivers contrasting textures, with the juicy German frank and the lightly crisp outer layer of cornmeal combining for comforting flavors. And it's pretty filling too.

Then, it's time to meet the rest of the dawgs...the Chili & Cheese Dawg (P 190 Single/P 360 Double) combines chili and cheese for another classic dawg, punctuated by the sharp notes of fresh onions...

...and the Chicago Dawg (P 180 Single/P 340 Double), a personal favorite, with pickles, onions, tomatoes and a jalapeno, perfect with a dab of mustard. The flavor of the snap dawg comes through, layered by the fresh and clean notes of the onions, pickles, tomatoes, and mustard, perfectly finished by the subtle heat from the jalapeno.

The Charlie's Deputy (P 210 Single/P 395 Double) brings the classic flavors of the old west with the smoky, sweet and tart notes of pulled pork and barbecue sauce, capped by the richness of cheese for another winning combination.

Or Go Bacon-Wrapped (P 50 Single/P 100 Double) with the your favorite dawg wrapped in bacon. The Snap Dawgs are definitely back...

And if you want more, there's always the Kitchen Sink Dawg. And Sticky Buffalo Wings. And the Double Black Angus Cheeseburger (see my previous post, A Carwash and a Burger, for more on the signature line of burgers and other favorites). Pair it all with an ice-cold Elementary English Ale from Pedro Brewcrafters...perfect.
