Reloaded: HEAT's Super Brunch

Wagyu. Lobsters. Foie Gras. Even liquid nitrogen ice cream. It's HEAT's Super Brunch...reloaded.

Indulge in HEAT's impressive buffet spread, and the kids get to enjoy complimentary access to the lagoon-shaped pool or the indoor kiddie corner inside the restaurant for a fun-filled Sunday Super Brunch. Double the fun for the entire family, reloaded, at HEAT.

A quick walk-through at HEAT's spacious interiors should get your appetite up and running with their wide range of starters, including the Cold Roast Beef Platter (L) and the Tuna Tartar (R), just some of the tasty options (for more on HEAT's Super Brunch, see my previous post on the Grandi Vini Super Brunch).

At the Japanese Station, you'll find a variety of fresh sushi and sashimi, including Lobster...

...and Ebi Sushi, perfect starters at HEAT's Super Brunch.

Pick up the pace with a selection of Oysters, baked in a variety of ways with different toppings...

...or go for a few slices of premium Parma Ham and imported cheeses...

...perfect with a glass of wine. At HEAT's Super Brunch, you can enjoy a wide selection of options at the different live stations, so take your time and go on your own pace. No need to rush.

That day, the savory mains included the Sous Vide Cooked Wagyu Beef Brisket (L) and Wagyu Braised Oxtail (R), comforting dishes guaranteed to satisfy your craving for beef. And you just can't go wrong with Wagyu...

At the Carving Station, the selection included Wagyu Marinated Hanging Tenderloin in Puff Pastry...

...and the impressive Wagyu Prime Rib Marinated in Oyster Sauce Gratinated Under Foie Gras Crust, tender and juicy premium beef releasing rich beefy flavors followed by equally rich notes from the foie gras. And it's no surprise this is one of the more popular stations at HEAT.

At the Chinese Station, you'll find tender and juicy Roast Duck (L) and the savory Pork Asado (R), comforting flavors adding distinctly Asian flavors to your Super Brunch at HEAT. Pair it with some Lobster Fried Rice...perfect.

Complete your feast at HEAT's Super Brunch with some juicy Lechon (L) capped by a thin layer of crisp crackling, or some Hainanese Chicken (R) paired with Hainanese Chicken Rice

But there's more. At the Center Station, the display of fresh lobsters are constantly restocked...

...with three impressive towers overflowing with the day's freshest catch. Depending on the season, you'll find a wide array of lobsters, including Pacific, Japanese, Tiger, Bamboo, Maine, Rock, and Slipper Lobsters.

And just when you think it couldn't get any better, it does. Don't forget to make a quick pass at the Foie Gras Station...

...and sample some Foie Gras with Pistachios...

...or the sweet and savory Foie Gras Macaron in between courses.

A second round of lobsters? Absolutely. Enjoy it delicately poached in butter and garlic...

...or have it sweet and savory like the Lobster Eclair...

...or prepared ala minute by the skilled station chefs in a comforting Lobster Spaghetti, it's your call.

And just when a craving for beef gets you in between courses, go for some savory bites of Wagyu Beef Maki draped in a rich and special sauce. And this is what makes HEAT's Super Brunch special, as you discover new, exciting and inventive Wagyu, Lobster, and Foie Gras dishes for a memorable Sunday Brunch.

Let the kids enjoy at the pool, as you go for one last plate of Wagyu Prime Rib...

...followed by a steaming hot bowl of spicy Seafood Laksa, freshly prepared by Chef DJ at the Soup Station, and Sundays just can't get any better than this. At HEAT's Super Brunch.

Cap your feast with the indulgent dessert selection, or go for some freshly prepared Liquid Nitrogen Ice Cream (go for the Nutella flavored ice cream), with a variety of toppings to complete the experience. The introductory price for HEAT's Super Brunch is set at P 2,815 net per person, plus the kids get free access to the hotel's lagoon-shaped pool for a fun-filled Sunday. Now that's a pretty cool deal...
