The elegant new space brings a whole new cool vibe to BGC, and it all began when Chef Nikko Roa saw some potential and infinite possibilities at Arthaland. The Tasting Flight lets you enjoy and discover the range of creative brewed expressions from Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits one soothing sip at a time. The Vikings Honey Mead with Dalandan is a light and refreshingly sweet libation that's easy on the palate but be forewarned. This one has a naughty kick in there. The wittingly named Rosé Rizal Hard Cider is another tempting brew with vibrant hints that teases the palate while the 3 Stars and a Haze New England IPA is a fresh and crisp expression with a bold yet smooth finish. Finally, the full rounded flavors of a classic dark beer caps the flight with the Darker Vader Stout. The pronounced nutty notes and deep flavors with hints of chocolate will have you going for another glass.

The Cheese Wontons (P 320) with cream cheese, jalapeño and spicy marinara offers a delectable play on contrasting flavors and textures from the silky-smooth and luscious cream cheese to the crisp wonton followed by just a whisper of soothing heat from the spicy marinara and jalapeños. 

The Sliders (P 390-2 pcs/P 750-4 pcs) are the perfect side to your much deserved round of artisan brews with thick and juicy Angus Beef patties topped with caramelized onions and Mozzarella in between pillow-soft mini buns. The subtle sweetness and bite of the caramelized onions brings another layer of savory richness with each bite complementing the juicy beef. Apartment 1B x Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits also offers two other variants of their Sliders with the Homemade Chorizo with tamarind onions and cheese and the Hungarian Sausage with sweet peppers and cheddar.
