From Apartment 1B's flavorful playlist of tasty bites, Chef Nikko Roa pairs each savory nibble with the local craft beer selection from Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits. The result? A sip and bite of the perfect collab between Apartment 1B and Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits. 

Start your craft beer food pairing flight with the flaky Spinach and Cream Cheese Samosa paired with the Verry Berry Seltzer, a refreshing low-calorie alcoholic hard seltzer with no sugar additives. Each sip cleanses the palate with its clean, sparkling and blended berry flavors that cuts through the savory and creamy richness of the spinach and cream cheese filled samosas. The crisp and mildly spicy Chili Cheese Sticks with Tartar Sauce paired with Lost in Japan White Ale is another balanced duo of contrasting notes with the unfiltered top-fermented light-bodied wheat beer complementing the savory notes of the savory crisp bites with just a whisper of soothing heat from the chili smoothened by the Tartar sauce.

The crisp and juicy Fried Chicken Sliders with Coleslaw paired with Hop Boi IPA brings bold flavors with a soft malty profile followed by a soothing, long and clean hoppy finish from a blend of six American hops. And finally, the Angus Beef Meatballs with Bleu Cheese paired with Darker Vader Stout brings a rounded and flavorful depth with each bite and sip. The pronounced malty richness of the Darker Vader Stout with hints chocolate, caramel and coffee caps the craft beer food pairing flight on a high note.
