During the Good Food Tour, Restaurante Pia Y Damaso also shared their new dishes, including the sweet and savory Pina Pork Cilantro with tender and juicy pork glazed with pineapple and cilantro. The richness of the pork is tempered by the sharp tart notes of the pineapple and cilantro with a hint of sweetness for balanced flavors.
