There's always a reason to celebrate at The Cafe at Hyatt City of Dreams, and the Fourth of July is one of the many flavorful reasons to visit the massive resort complex this side of the metro. As the live Grill Station fired up their grills for the weekend lunch service, The Cafe prepared their All-American weekend feast. 
Along with The Cafe's extensive buffet spread, iconic American dishes were served for a sumptuous taste of hearty and comforting American flavors, including a wide selection of premium beef, pork, and lamb dishes adding a festive American vibe to the weekend feast.
Start with The Cafe's Manhattan Clam Chowder served on a sourdough bun (L), followed by Fish Tacos, Mini Corn Dogs, and the Fried Crab Claws, a personal favorite (more on the Fried Crab Claws from The Cafe's recent Cantonese Food Festival on my previous post, Cantonese Treasures at The Cafe).
Continue your feast of American flavors with fresh seafood, including Fresh Oysters (L) with lemon on ice and Baked Oysters (R) topped with cheese. Other fresh seafood items included plump Mussels, Prawns, Curacha (Spanner Crabs), and Scallops, best enjoyed fresh with lemon or delicately poached in garlic butter.
At the Carving Station, you'll find the classic Roast Turkey and Hickory Smoked Marinated Pork Loin (L) along with an impressive slab of premium US Prime Rib (R). Beside the Carving Station, The Cafe's live Grill Station prepared their selection of freshly grilled specialties... 
...like the Grilled Mustard Lamb Ribs...
...and the Pork Baby Back Ribs. Pair your grilled meats with The Cafe's wide assortment of freshly made sides like mashed potatoes and grilled vegetables, or better yet, add some grilled seafood for a customized surf & turf combo.
