Jazz Up In The Sky Steaks and Grill is just one of the dining options at the roof deck of Heroes Hotel offering a variety of savory dishes including steaks, seafood, salads, sandwiches, pasta dishes, pizza and comforting local cuisine. The All-Barbecue Platter (P 860) with grilled pork belly, pork chop and chicken served with Jazz Up Fried Rice or Java Rice that's good for 3 to 4 hungry persons is the perfect choice for groups. Other sumptuous options include the Steak and Ribs Platter (P 980), Surf N Turf Platter (P 890) and Seafood Platter (P 799).

The Kare-Kare (P 385) is another must-try dish at Jazz Up In The Sky Steaks and Grills, and another favorite. The thick and hearty local stew with tender ox-tripe and beef in a rich peanut sauce with fresh vegetables will have you going back for seconds. And extra rice. Other local homestyle dishes include Adobong Baboy (P 399), Kalderetang Baka (P 495), Nilagang Baboy (P 350), Sinigang na Hipon (P 360) and Sinigang na Baboy (P 350).

Jazz Up In The Sky Steaks and Grill's other signature dishes include the Honey Tomato Glazed Chicken (P 250), a meal in itself served with Jazz Up Fried Rice...

...and the Pesto with Grilled Chicken (P 200) that's perfect any time of day. Other dining options at the Roof Deck include SkyBrew Cafe for your caffeine fix and the Bar With No Name inspired by the favorite haunt of superheroes. You don't have to go far for a satisfying meal at Heroes Hotel, simply head up to the Roof Deck... 

...or check out the hotel's Honesty Cafe, another unique and quirky amenity for unlimited coffee refills, light snacks and wine. As the name implies, Honesty Cafe uses the honesty system where guests pay for what they consume without a roving staff to check on you.

That evening, Heroes Hotel treated us to a sumptuous dinner at Honesty Cafe with local favorites from the nearby neighborhood's popular food finds, including Grilled Pork Belly...

...and Pancit, a local noodle dish with vegetables, pork and seafood. The location of Heroes Hotel places you right in the middle of the local food scene. For convenience, guests are allowed to bring food or have it delivered to Honesty Cafe. Very cool.

After a sumptuous dinner, why not relax with a therapeutic treatment? Heroes Hotel also boasts of a mini-spa, the Shui Express Hilot offering traditional and authentic Filipino massage to soothe and heal your body. Perfect for travelers, the traditional Hilot is just what you need to relieve your tired body from your city adventures.

Early the next morning, breakfast is served at Honesty Cafe. The communal tables give the cafe a homey warmth, allowing guests to meet other fellow travelers. After getting started with a freshly brewed cup of coffee, have your omelet prepared the way you like it. In my case, with everything on it.

And in a few minutes, your omelet is served, fresh from the skillet.

And you can come back for seconds.
