Once you open the Swiss Cheese Fondue Kit by Fearless Apron, you're on your way in recreating that unique restaurant experience in your own home. To get you started, you'll need one mixing bowl, a pair of scissors for cutting the assorted vacuum-sealed packets, a heavy-bottomed saucepan or an enamel-coated Dutch Oven (or you can use any saucepan or pot from your kitchen), a wooden spoon or heat-proof silicone spatula, a chopping board, one kitchen knife and toaster for the bread cubes. Start by pouring the white cooking wine on a pot and let it simmer. Smash the garlic and add to your pot. Once you have a steady boil, add the cheese blend to the pot.
