For Patrick and Shria Florencio, fresh, new and creative ideas were needed to keep their restaurant business afloat during the most challenging chapters in the island's history. The spark came when the couple drew inspiration from Shria's own family traditions, paving the way for Little Taj Indian Street Kitchen. And why not. No other restaurant offered authentic Indian cuisine on the island. And that's the opening Patrick and Shria needed for their newest concept.
