My pick? The Single Origin Filter Roast Algeciras (P 230 per serving/P 900 per 100g) from Huila, Colombia. The light roast brings vibrant splashes of distinct hints of fruity tangerine, maple and lemon followed by the deep notes of coffee with each sip. Each succeeding sip builds on the flavorful base made more intense by its fragrant aroma. It's coffee like this that deserves a spot on the bar for that one-on-one intimate coffee experience.
