Checked the fridge and found some interesting stuff. A pack of Dagupena Teriyaki Boneless Bangus Belly (local milkfish)...a jar of homemade kimchi from a neighbor...perfect.
The sweet teriyaki marinated milkfish is simply pan fried...
...add some kimchi...
...and some steamed rice for a light dinner. The world on a plate, or at least parts of Asia combined for a great meal.
