Located at Blue Bay Walk near the famed bay, Chef & Brewer brings its signature dishes and a whole lot of good vibes to old Manila by the bay. For over a decade, the name Chef & Brewer has been associated with cold beer, great food, live music and good times. And it's now here at Blue Bay Walk...
Formally opened just before Chinese New Year, Chef & Brewer welcomed guests with festive lion dancers for an auspicious first day at Blue Bay Walk. After the performance and ribbon-cutting ceremony, guests were then led inside Chef & Brewer for endless rounds of good food and cocktails. Good times.
And as the afternoon sun slowly faded in the distant horizon with another breathtaking sunset over the bay, Chef & Brewer prepares a show of its own, one filled with flowing drinks, good food and good times.
Chef & Brewer's management and partners (L) gathered at the stage to welcome guests to the newest location, as the bar prepared to serve bottomless rounds of libation. The spacious interiors, including a second floor, makes Chef & Brewer the perfect spot for any celebration or festive gathering this side of the metro.
Adding to the festive celebration at Chef & Brewer are friends from Remy Martin with their premium range of cognac. And when you're at Chef & Brewer, good times come quite naturally and easily, with a little help from Remy Martin to make it even more special.

...as well as tasty samplers of their popular Buffalo Wings, Tuna and Pork Belly Sinuglaw, and Pancit Pork Sisig, each one reflecting the diverse yet comforting flavors at Chef & Brewer that have become favorites through the years. Where else can you find something like Pancit Pork Sisig in the metro?
But there's more. Chef & Brewer's Pork Sisig (P 430) brings with it the comfortingly familiar savory richness of pork mask with its contrasting soft, chewy and crunchy textures capped by a mildly soothing heat from the chili that just pairs so well with an ice-cold beer.
Equally popular is their Beef Salpicao (P 540), with fork-tender chunks of premium beef draped in olive oil and garlic. You'll be tempted to have some garlic rice with this one.

If you love their Beef Salpicao, you'll love the Lengua Salpicao (P 535), with tender cubes of beef tongue draped in the same garlicky sauce as their signature Beef Salpicao.
