Think of it as a preview of the coming feast at Paradise Dynasty. And when it comes to noods and dumplings, Paradise Dynasty is always a sure bet. 

Inside, the size of Paradise Dynasty's newest branch allows for a variety of seating options from the main dining area to private rooms for more intimate gatherings. 

Your dining experience begins with a freshly brewed pot of house tea to warm and open the palate...

...or if you prefer something ice cool, the fresh Watermelon Shake is an excellent choice. 

Then, the much anticipated moment triggers your appetite with the arrival of your feast fresh from the kitchen. At the new branch of Paradise Dynasty, diners can indulge in new dishes exclusive to the Greenbelt 5 location. That day, we sampled two new dishes along with Paradise Dynasty's bestsellers. There's more to Paradise Dynasty than just noods and dumplings. 

The Black Pepper Beef (P 688) is a savory number with butter-like fork-tender beef draped in a thick and flavorful pepper sauce with onions, green and red peppers. Each bite of the juicy strips of beef releases a savory richness perfectly tempered by the deep and bold sharpness of the black pepper sauce. It's the complex play on contrasting yet balanced notes highlighted by the beef and black pepper combo that makes this dish special. The red and green peppers along with the white onions complete the dish with just a whisper of sweetness. 

The second new dish exclusive to Greenbelt 5 is a savory variation on their signature noodles with the La Mian with Crispy Pork Chop in Signature Pork Bone Broth (P 480) for another delectable textural treat. The soft yet firm noodles in a light yet creamy pork bone broth is in itself a winning meal, but imagine it topped with a crisp and juicy slab of fried and breaded pork chop. And it's a combination that works. 

The rich flavors of the tender and juicy pork chop are complemented by the light and flavorful pork bone broth with the noodles completing the dish. A meal in itself, the La Mian with Crispy Pork in Signature Pork Bone Broth offers a whole new way of indulging in their classic bowl of noodles. Normally topped directly above the bowl of noodles, you can also have it served separately to maintain its delicate crispness. I've always enjoyed Paradise Dynasty's noodle dishes and this variant exclusive to Greenbelt 5 gives you even more reasons to visit the new branch. Pork chop and noods? Absolutely. 

Then, there's the specialty dishes on your long list of top picks at Paradise Dynasty that just keeps you coming back again and again like the Stir-Fried Shredded Pork in Black Bean Sauce served with Chinese Crepes (P 588). 

Served with thin crepes, simply add the shredded pork and you're ready to wrap and roll. The delicate notes of the pork are kicked up by the pronounced sharpness of the black bean sauce for vibrant bursts of savory flavors with every bite. 

No dining experience at Paradise Dynasty is complete without their famous Specialty Dynasty Xiao Long Bao 8 Flavors (P 488). The first to introduce the unique 8 flavored soup dumpling, this is Paradise Dynasty's inventive twist on tradition. 

The specialty soup dumplings include the Original Xiao Long Bao to start your flavorful experience. Paradise Dynasty recommends starting with the Original Xiao Long Bao for an optimum tasting experience followed by the Foie Gras... 

...the Black Truffle, Cheese, Crab Roe, Garlic and Szechuan in sequence ending with the Korean Kimchi for a gradual progression of flavors. Each soup dumpling is distinct from the other with its own predominant flavor profiles. Everyone has a favorite, but the Foie Gras, Black Truffle and Crab Roe are high up on my list. Tradition reinterpreted with a fresh and new contemporary twist, it's Xiao Long Bao with a whole new flavor experience. 

One more top pick from Paradise Dynasty's long list of popular bestsellers is the Crispy Fried Crystal Prawn Tossed with Salted Egg Yolk (P 688). The salty richness from the egg and briny sweetness of the succulent prawns is as classic as it gets. You'll soon be fighting among your table mates for the last piece. And that's happened before. 

But if some serious heat is your jam, the Spicy Szechuan Crispy Chicken (P 588) never fails. Loaded with fresh chilies, this dish brings on the spice leaving your palate tingling from the intense and lingering heat.
