The Palay Pils Rice Lager (P 200-450 ml) is a light and balanced brew with an elegantly smooth finish. Brewed with local rice, the pilsner style brew delivers vibrant yet subtle and clean notes teasing the palate for one more sip. A few more sips and now you're craving for some savory nibbles...

...and this is where the unique collab shines as Apartment 1B's kitchen dishes out its comforting culinary repertoire of signature renditions to complete your experience...

...with specialties like the Ham & Cheese Croquettes (P 270) paired with creamy aioli dip. Delicately crisp on the outside filled with a savory filling of ham and cheese, each bite brings contrasting textures and a flavorful richness that will have you going for another bite. 

Why stop with the usual tokwa't baboy when you can level it up with chicharon bulaklak? The Tokwa, Belly at Bulaklak (P 550) is a triple dose of pure pork goodness with chilies and onions in one dish paired with spiced soy sauce. The savory richness of the pork belly and crunchy offals combined with the nutty notes of tofu are tempered by the chilies, onions and the bold flavors of the spiced soy sauce pairing well with the refreshing brews by Elias Wicked Ales & Spirits.
