It's a deal that's just too good to pass up...
Hearty and authentic pizza fresh from the ovens and comforting pasta dishes in a sumptuous buffet spread, go all-out with Salvatore Cuomo & Bar's impressive Anniversary Special Pizza & Lunch Buffet daily for only P 600 (Monday to Friday) and P 900 per person (Saturday, Sunday, Holidays).
Known for their authentic Neapolitan dishes made with the freshest ingredients, Salvatore Cuomo & Bar celebrates a significant milestone in its first year of operations with an extensive buffet spread for a satisfying lunch (for more on Salvatore Cuomo & Bar, see my previous post, Neapolitan Flavors at Salvatore Cuomo & Bar). From 11:00am to 2:00 pm daily, diners can savor a variety of Italian appetizers, fresh salads, all-you-can-eat pizza made fresh from the ovens, and unlimited beverages including Iced Tea and Lemonade. Now that's a pretty cool deal with excellent value. Start with a refreshing salad at the buffet spread and load up on garden fresh greens and vegetables with an extensive selection of dressings...
...and come back for seconds for an equally wide variety of prepared Italian salads including Octopus and Potato Salad, Grilled Marinated Eggplant, Potato Salad, and Roasted Broccoli with Garlic (L). Don't forget to have a comforting bowl of Minestrone (R) to complete your Italian feast. And that's just for starters.
Pick up another plate and load up on Roasted Pumpkin, Frittata, a side of tart pickled greens with pancetta and Salvatore Cuomo & Bar's signature Yakitori, skewered chicken, for an east-west experience (L). Then come back for more with crispy Calamari, Pumpkin Penne, and Cauliflower Gratin draped in a rich and creamy sauce.
For the mains, diners have the option to choose from several pasta dishes, and that day, Salvatore Cuomo & Bar's tasty offerings included Spaghetti Carbonara, Pancetta Bacon and Mushroom Risotto, Homemade Lasagna, Gnocchi in Tomato Sauce with Cheese and Basil, and Tagliatelle with Italian Sausage and Broccoli in Cream Sauce. I go for the Spaghetti with Clams and Zucchini, a tasty pasta dish with the briny notes of clams blending seamlessly with the fresh sweetness of zucchini. If it's seafood you want, you can go for the Grilled Seafood Skewers or Pan-Fried Salmon with Mediterranean Sauce for an additional P 300. If you're after a meatier main course, choose from the Homemade Roasted Pork "Porchetta" or the Oven-Roasted Chicken with Balsamic and Mustard Sauce for only an additional P 300.
But save room for Salvatore Cuomo & Bar's authentic pizza offerings. At the buffet spread, plates of assorted pizzas were served right off the ovens, including the classic Margherita with tomato sauce, basil and mozzarella. That day, Savatore Cuomo also served up the unique Pepper Pizza topped with tomatoes, basil, olives, and potatoes for a new flavor experience. At Salvatore Cuomo & Bar's Anniversary Special Pizza & Lunch Buffet, you'll find some off-the-menu pizza items for flavorful surprises. Add some Zeppole, crisp deep-fried dough balls with a soft and chewy center for more tasty bites and come back for more...
But there's more. How about a meaty and savory Italian Sausage Pizza with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil? Or one more slice of Salvatore Cuomo & Bar's all time favorite, the Quattro Formaggi topped with four cheeses drizzled with honey on a crisp and rustic crust? Sweet and salty, second servings of the Quattro Formaggi is always a good idea at Salvatore Cuomo's Anniversary Special Pizza & Lunch Buffet.
For dessert, Salvatore Cuomo & Bar offers a selection of indulgent treats, including a chocolate fountain for a perfect ending to an Italian feast. Weekday or weekends, Salvatore Cuomo's Anniversary Special Pizza & Lunch Buffet is just too good to pass up...
