Here's What's Hot: A Sumptuous Hot Pot Feast at Choi Hot Pot...

A steaming hot broth flavored with a variety of premium ingredients, simmering right before you on your table. It's time for some hot pot...

Craving for hot pot? Head on over to Choi Hot Pot in Greenhills. Choi Hot Pot is the newest dining concept offering Hong Kong style hot pot from the group behind the popular Choi Garden in Greenhills, Makati, BGC and Clark. The new dining concept capitalizes on the popularity of hot pot, or shabu-shabu using fresh and premium ingredients flown in daily from Hong Kong. And for BDO Mastercard users, a special treat awaits...

BDO cardholders of Mastercard enjoy substantial discounts this September. BDO World Elite Mastercard, Platinum, Titanium and Gold Mastercard holders are entitled to a 50% Off on lunch and dinner, Mondays thru Fridays, for a minimum food bill of P 5,000 for the month of September in both Choi Garden and Choi Hot Pot.

Now that's a cool deal. Better yet, that's one steaming hot offer (find out more on the BDO Mastercard 50% Off Discount in Choi Garden and Choi Hot Pot on the link here). First order of business? Make your own sauce with peanut sauce, chili, sambal, black vinegar, minced garlic and fresh spring onions.

For the broth, diners can choose from Chicken Stock Base (P 420), Free-Range Chicken with Coconut Soup Base, Satay Soup Base (P 420), Chinese Herbs and Drunken Chicken Soup Base (P 780) and Tomato Ox-Tail Soup Base (P 780). Diners at Choi Hot Pot can also opt for two kinds of broth in special table-top pots.

Once you've selected your soup base, you can now pick your ingredients. The key to a flavorful and sumptuous hot pot is layering and building flavors with a variety of fresh ingredients including vegetables, balls and dumplings, beef, pork and seafood. At Choi Hot Pot, each ingredient is served a la carte, simply choose your items from the menu and start building your hot pot.

From Fresh Beef Paste to savory Beef Balls (P 220)...

...to Squid Balls, Fish Ball with Roe (P 245), Lobster Ball (P 250), Wonton (P 190), Fish Dumpling (P 220), Chikuwa (P 160) and Mushroom Meatballs (P 220), the tempting assortment of ingredients combine for a sumptuous hot pot.

The different shapes and colors of the dumplings add both flavor and texture to your broth...

...like these brightly-colored Lobster Rolls.

Add more ingredients to your simmering soup base with Choi Hot Pot's Crab Sticks (P 180)...

...and why not add both clean flavors and contrasting textures with Bean Curd Skin (P 180)...

...and Fish Tofu (P 220)? Then, add some beef to your soup stock for robust flavors. It's time to settle down to some serious hot pot business at Choi Hot Pot...

From thinly sliced premium beef  to Japanese Wagyu (P 680) with its perfectly marbled texture, your hot pot takes on an indulgent aroma while infusing its rich notes to the soup base. The strips of beef are cleanly sliced, neatly laid on trays. The bright red hues with speckled whites is a tempting sight...

...adding a festive vibe to your hot pot experience. It doesn't take too long before the strips of beef are cooked in the steaming hot broth, transforming in color right before you.

But there's more. The Diced Kumamoto Wagyu (P 580) adds its own savory richness to your broth...

...finished with its indulgent melt-in-your-mouth texture. The Wagyu Beef weaves its own distinct rich flavors to the broth, leveling up your hot pot experience.

The traditional hot pot lets you enjoy your feast at your pace, enjoying the fragrant aroma rising from the table before each tasty bite. And there's just nothing quite like hot pot loaded to the brim with different ingredients.

A hot pot feast is perfect for families and gatherings where each one can partake in a communal pot. And these modern stainless steel hot pots are quite impressive. At the flick of a switch, the contraption gently rises up and draining the broth so you can pick out your favorites. How cool is that?

More seafood? Go for the Prawn Skewers (P 1,300/kilo)...

...and simply dip into the steaming hot broth. They say freshness is flavor, and the briny sweetness of the succulent prawns bursts in your mouth with each bite. Other refreshing seafood options include Fish Fillet (P 2,000/kilo), Baby Geoduck (P 900), Fish Maw (P 680), Sliced Abalone (P 120/pc), Scallop (P 1,300/kilo) and Sliced Shell Meat (P 280). There are countless ways to enjoy your hot pot, but you make the rules at the table.

And don't forget your vegetables. Choi Hot Pot offers a healthy selection like Tangho (P 160), Pechay (P 120), Radish (P 120), Potato (P 120), Drumstick Mushroom (P 120), Pumpkin (P 120), Enoki Mushrooms (P 200), Sweet Corn (P 120), Bamboo Fungus (P 145), Lettuce (P 120) and Chinese Mushrooms (P 200). You can also add Seaweed Knot, Udon (P 120), Egg (P 60), Condol (P 120) and Vermicelli (P 120) to your hot pot. As the broth gently simmers on the modern stainless steel contraption, infusing all the flavors...

...you can raise the hot pot to pick out the various ingredients, conveniently drained from the broth. High-tech meets tradition at Choi Hot Pot.

With your special sauces by your side, you can enjoy the individual flavors of each ingredient one piece at a time...

...at your own pace. Under the helm of a master Hongkese chef, the curated selection of fresh ingredients and signature soup bases combine for a sumptuous hot pot dining experience.

Enjoy a second heaping bowl...

...and a third. This is what's hot in Greenhills. And if you are a BDO Mastercard user, you can enjoy a whopping 50% discount off your minimum spend of P 5,000 from your food bill at Choi Hot Pot.
