Start the Season of Feasting and Say Hola! to the New Holaday Boards and the New Lechon Cubano from Gringo...

It's that time of the year once again when endless rounds of feasting with family and friends bring on the holiday vibe. The guys at Gringo have been busy preparing their new dishes just for the holidays...

Gringo welcomes Holiday 2019 with a new dish and sumptuous food boards to get you in the holiday groove. Gringo kicks-off this year's season of feasting with the new Lechon Cubano and lavish Holaday Boards filled with all your favorite signature bestsellers. Say Hola! to good food and good times...at Gringo.

Gringo's signature chicken and ribs are always welcome additions to any celebration, but Gringo is leveling up their game with some exciting and flavorful seasonal additions (for more on Gringo, see my previous posts, Quick Bites: Head On Down To Gringo With Your Amigos, Now Open At O Square 2 Greenhills and Lunch in a Box by Gringo Chicken, Ribs and Friends).

You can have your favorite chicken, ribs and more with the new Sancho Holaday Board (P 2,680) that's good for 4-6 persons, an impressive feast with Whole Original Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Adobo Black Mole Soft Tacos, Cream Dory Soft Tacos, Rice (choice of Plain, Garlic or Mexican Rice), a pitcher of House-Brewed Iced Tea, Nachos, the new Lechon Cubano and Ube de Queso for dessert. A generous dab of their proprietary Sauce Mio! completes the feast.

Gringo's richly seasoned flame-grilled Original Whole Chicken is perfectly tender and juicy with subtle smoky hints for complex layered flavors...

...while the Adobo Black Mole Soft Tacos and Cream Dory Soft Tacos add vibrant notes to your holiday feast with its play on contrasting textures and fresh, bright festive flavors.

The tender, fall-off-the-bone BBQ Ribs with its sweet and sticky glaze adds a savory richness to your feast...

...but it's the new Lechon Cubano that clearly sets the stage for a festive feast with its fork-tender juiciness topped with a layer of crisp crackling. The new Lechon Cubano is a slow-roasted Cuban-style lechon belly marinated with a rich blend of spices and aromatics for both fragrance and flavor.

Gringo perfectly nails it with this one. The delicate notes of the pork are complemented by the aromatics for robust flavors. Add some special Chimichurri sauce and prepare for a flavorful burst. Then, have another...

The cracklings have that light crunch that will have you going back for more. Spiced with the rich blend of seasonings and aromatics, each bite lays the palate with bold savory flavors. The sharp notes of the Chimichurri tempers the savory richness of the Lechon Cubano for balance and depth.

The new Lechon Cubano by Gringo is available in Chikito (P 325/P385 with 2 sides good for 1 person), Pepito (P 658/P 745 with 3 sides good for 2-3 persons) and Bendito (P 1,280/P 1,350 with 4 sides good for 4-5 persons). For potluck parties, you can also ask about Gringo's Fiesta Pack (P 1,680 good for 8 persons).

Spice up your holiday feast with Gringo's tasty sides like the Marbled Potato Salad...

...the sweet and well-seasoned Buttered Corn...

...and why not more Mexican Rice?

And for a limited time, indulge in the decadent Ube de Queso that's part of the festive Holaday Boards. It's the perfect ending to any holiday feast at Gringo's.

But there's more. The equally impressive Buena Holaday Board (P 2,640) has all your favorites like Gringo's Whole Original Chicken, BBQ Ribs, Adobo Black Mole Tacos, Cream Dory Tacos, Rice (choice of Plain, garlic or Mexican Rice), Nachos, a pitcher of House-brewed Iced Tea, Ube de Queso...

...and fresh and crisp Tilapia Fingers served with Salsa Verde. Fried to golden brown and crisp perfection, the subtle sweet notes of the fish come through with every bite. Both the Sancho and Buena Holaday Boards are good for 4-6 persons. And if you think your home or office party needs that festive Gringo vibe, simply email customercare@gringo.ph for catering, events and bulk order reservations.

At the exclusive preview of the Lechon Cubano and new Holaday Boards, guests enjoyed endless rounds of Jack Coke (L) and the classic Mojito (R). Good food woven with festive Southwestern and Mexican notes is what Gringo's does best, and this is reflected in the new Lechon Cubano and Holaday Boards.

It's a festive party laid out on a board that's perfect for sharing with friends and family. This holiday season, kick-off the festive vibe at Gringo...
