With success comes a firm commitment from the siblings, shared at a lavish 20th anniversary celebration at Makati Shangri-La, Manila last Friday, November 8, 2019. It's a promise that comes straight from their hearts, that each vacuum-sealed pack and bottle bearing the SeaKing brand is the freshest and the very best following the strictest world-class standards. There's absolutely no compromises when it comes to quality control, and Superb Catch, Inc. has a dedicated team that's always up to the task. Each product goes through a protocol of standards with three production process points that begins with Fresh Frozen Seafood passing through a Strict Production Process based on International Food Standard Approved Operations. From the freezing temperature to the implementation of a First-In, First-Out policy, there's just no short cuts at SeaKing's processing plants. And twenty years later, the de-boning of milkfish is still done meticulously by hand.
