Loyal fans of Hard Rock Cafe have their own list of go-to dishes each time they visit. What's yours? 

After sampling the local entries for the Hard Rock Cafe World Burger Tour (more on my post here at The Hard Rock Cafe World Burger Tour Rocks Makati and Manila's Burger Scene from earlier this month), it was good time to revisit old faves and new dishes. Here's a countdown of certified top hits at Hard Rock Cafe to add to your own playlist...

Start with the refreshing duo of libations to get the rockin' beat going with the Electric Blues (P 475) with its blend of Smirnoff Vodka, Bacardi Superior Rum, Beefeater Gin, Blue Curaçao and housemade sour mix topped with Sprite and the Bahama Mama (P 495) with Bacardi Superior Rum, Malibu Coconut Rum, Créme de Banana, fresh oranges and pineapple finished and a splash of Grenadine.

...while the Rosemary Smoked Negroni (P 455) with Campari, gin, Martini Rosso and a sprig of rosemary opens up the palate with its traditional notes enhanced by the smoke from the torched herb. After a few rounds, time for some hearty and tasty bites in the rockin' style of Hard Rock Cafe with the sumptuous and shareable Jumbo Combo (P 1,595) loaded with an assortment of popular starters like Chicken Wings, Tupelo Chicken Tenders, fresh Asian Spring Rolls, crisp Fries and Bruschetta.
