Happy Hour starts early at Big Belly Burgers. Starting at 12:00 nn to 6:00 pm and 9:30 pm till closing, it's never too early or too late to enjoy three cocktails for only P 595+. Then there's the burgers, pizza and other savory bites to keep the good times rolling...
Almost three years since it landed in Manila straight from Siargao, Big Belly Burgers continues to ride the wave anchored on the specialty char-grilled Wagyu burger creations by the Catalan duo of Chef Miguel "Mingu" Marcelino and Marc Alberich. Now with an expanded menu featuring their newest obsession in the form of pizza and many more dishes, Big Belly Burgers rides the next wave in its continuing journey and exploration of savory flavors. Plus, there's Happy Hour too in two shifts so you don't miss out...

More than just another burger joint,
Big Belly Burgers brings the cool and laidback island vibe of Siargao to BGC with sumptuous burgers and soothing libations in a relaxed and casual setting standing out from the usual tone of the modern neighborhood. At
Big Belly Burgers, the sun always shines with its comforting take on vibrant flavors (more on Big Belly Burgers from my previous post
From Siargao To Manila, Big Belly Manila Surfs The Metro's Growing And Diverse Burger Scene from three years ago). But first, libations are in order to set the proper mood...

From 12:00 nn to 6:00 pm and 9:30 pm till closing, you can enjoy three cocktails for only P 595+ to get you started. The Fresca, Ginger Kamikaze and Sunset Berry is the spirited trio to jumpstart your Happy Hour at Big Belly Burgers. With its blend of Luisita Oro, pandan syrup, coconut water and nata de coco, the rum-based Fresca is light and easy while the Ginger Kamikaze with ginger-infused vodka, lemon juice, triple sec and simple syrup brings sweet and bold lingering notes with each sip.

The Sunset Berry with Absolut Wild Berry, Monin Strawberry Puree, orange wedge and Cointreau adds vibrant and fresh notes to your Happy Hour tipple. Aperol Spritz? Get two for P 595 everyday. The Happy Hour offer at Big Belly Burgers doesn't just include cocktails, your favorite beer is also part of the line-up. Grab the Buy One Get One deal on Corona for P 220+ Monday to Friday and artisan local brews from Crazy Carabao featuring their Pale Ale, Pilsner, IPA and PiƱacolada. And there's more. The All-Day Everyday Big Belly Buckets are just what you and the gang need, from the Bucket of Five Local Beers (P 450+), Beer Bucket with Big Belly Sisig (P 749+) and the Beer Bucket with Chicken Wings (P 799+).
And talking about wings, the Buffalo Wings (P 450+/6 pcs) draped in a tangy glaze is the perfect match with ice-cold beer.
Big Belly Burgers now offers pizza on its menu, and the Meat Lovers (P 695) with its savory toppings of juicy Wagyu beef patty, chorizo, smoked bacon, button mushrooms, green bell peppers and Cheddar cheese on a crisp and rustic crust slathered with rich tomato-based sauce just hits the spot. The Wagyu beef patty transforms this pizza with bold beefy notes for a next level rendition of the popular meaty pizza variant.
The Four Cheese (P 595) with Cheddar, Mozzarella, Blue Cheese and Brie on a crisp crust topped with creamy white sauce is Big Belly Burgers' take on another classic pizza paired with homemade hot sauce. The addition of premium soft cheeses like Blue Cheese and Brie adds a flavorful depth to the sharpness of the Cheddar and the silky smooth and luscious notes of the Mozzarella. You can also opt for a side of honey instead of the hot sauce for delectably contrasting sweet and salty notes.
Order up the new Big Belly Sisig (P 365) with another round of beer. The enduring local classic made with pork belly, ears and snout topped with egg and fiery chilies is a pure expression of unrestrained pork love perfectly washed down with beer or cocktails. Unapologetically rich and savory, each bite drapes the palate with buttery unctuous notes tempered by the soothing heat of spicy hints from the chilies.
But if you're really hungry, Big Belly Burgers has the perfect bowl of savory goodness just for you with the Burger Steak (P 420). Imagine soft and fluffy steamed white rice topped with a juicy Wagyu beef patty blanketed in rich mushroom gravy and crowned with a sunny side up and crisp onion rings. That's a winning bowl right there, guaranteed to satisfy any craving. It's dishes like this anchored on their signature Wagyu beef patties that give Big Belly Burgers its distinct homey and casual vibe that has endeared the brand among both locals and visitors back in Siargao.

Now it's time for the burgers. For an additional fee, you can double up your burger with extra Wagyu beef patty and cheese for the ultimate burger crave buster. Go ahead and customize your burger with double Wagyu beef patties and cheese for double the flavor. The Lil' Marc (P 320) is Big Belly Burgers' take on the smash burger with Wagyu beef patty and its distinctive crisp skirt around the edges topped with melted Cheddar, shredded iceberg lettuce, onion, pickles and the special Big Marc Sauce in between pillow soft brioche buns. The crispy skirt around the Wagyu beef patty teases the palate with its delectable play on contrasting textures while releasing a juicy flavorful burst with each bite complemented by the equally stellar cast of Cheddar and vegetables.

For me, it's always been the Big Marc (P 480) with its thick Wagyu beef patty topped with melted Cheddar along with its complement of lettuce, onions, pickles and of course, the special Big Marc Sauce. And when you double it up with two Wagyu beef patties and cheese, each bite releases double the flavor and double the goodness for the perfect burger experience.
One Wagyu beef patty with cheese is already a treat, two Wagyu beef patties with cheese is better. Much better. So take a big bite and enjoy the double Wagyu beef patties and cheese difference at Big Belly Burgers.
And soon on the menu, Big Belly Burgers will be introducing an indulgent new dessert...
...and more Wagyu beef goodness with the Wagyu and Fries.
There's a whole lot happening over at Big Belly Burgers with cool Happy Hour deals on cocktails and beer, tempting pizza offerings, a sumptuous Burger Steak bowl and of course the signature burgers with the double-up option. Cap your dining experience with the sweet and rich flavor of the Bombon (P 180)...
...an indulgent brew with layers of espresso and condensed milk.
