The Classic Max's Fried Chicken

The doorbell rings and it's here...another quick delivery from Max's Restaurant. I've had this craving for fried chicken, and Max's is always top of mind. A real institution that remains true to its original fried chicken classic in an ever changing culinary landscape.

The Half Spring Chicken (P 159.60), tender, juicy and crisp. Paired with the signature Jufran Banana Catsup, awesome.

Established in 1945 at the end of World War II, Max's has since grown and known as "the house that fried chicken built." Today, the family's third generation continue to manage the business and keeping the Max's tradition.

A real Filipino classic.

And a side order of Pinakbet (P 177.45), mixed fresh vegetables and shrimp sauteed in shrimp paste, to complete the meal. Another great meal from Max's Restaurant.

To order, simply go to www.maxschicken.com or call 79-0000.

    1. Hi Dhemz, the pinakbet's great, the veggies still have a bit of a crunch despite being a delivery order, not bad. Thanks for dropping by!
