And when it's Happy Hour, Atelier Vivanda Manila pulls out all the stops with their handcrafted signature Cocktails (L) paired with their Happy Hour Menu, like the Mussels (P 465), plump mussels delicately steamed in white wine with onions, garlic, and parsley...
