After Spectrum's successful Sunday Brunch at the Ranch, time for the freshest catch of the day...
...with the Seafood Sunday Brunch at Spectrum. Have your fill with an impressive and bountiful ocean harvest for another memorable dining experience at Spectrum, with their new Seafood Sunday Brunch.
Spectrum takes on a cool nautical vibe as it showcases a sumptuous selection of the freshest catch along with its already impressive buffet spread. The new themed Sunday brunch, the Seafood Sunday Brunch at Spectrum, has everything you've been craving for, all in one place. And there's just no better way to cap the weekend than a full-blown seafood feast...at Spectrum (for more on Spectrum's Sunday Brunch, see my earlier post on their previous Sunday Brunch at the Ranch). And here's a quick rundown on what you can expect at the Seafood Sunday Brunch at Spectrum...
At the Cheese Station, you can find a premium selection of cheeses, including Emmental, Gruyere, Brie, and Cream Cheese...
...and some tasty seafood starters like Marinated Mussels with the fresh and briny notes of the plump mussels released in a burst of rich flavors with every bite.
You'll also find Marinated Cuttlefish, soft and tender yet firm, with a subtle tartness punctuated by cherry tomatoes and herbs (L); and the Gravlax (R), a classic Norwegian dish with fresh salmon cured in salt, sugar and dill.
The buffet spread features the finest and freshest premium ingredients for rich flavors. The subtle smoky and sweet hints of Smoked Salmon is another tasty appetizer, whetting your appetite for even more dishes at the Seafood Sunday Brunch at Spectrum.
And you can go for seconds. And thirds. After a few plates of seafood appetizers, go for a bowl of comforting soup like the traditional Sinigang na Sugpo or the hearty Spanish Clam Stew, with its rich and flavorful broth. At Spectrum, you can enjoy a wide variety of international flavors, and there's always something new to discover.
And you can't miss the Fresh Seafood Station, featuring Lobsters, Mussels, Scallops...
...and even Curacha, or Spanner Crabs, all neatly stacked on mounds of ice.
And there's more. Like fresh Oysters, perfect with a squeeze of lemon and cocktail sauce, or simply with vinegar and chili.
At the Grilled Seafood Station, you'll find the catch of the day fresh off the grill, like Grilled Lobsters and Crabs...
...Grilled Prawns...
...and Grilled Fish, laid on large stone slates. The grilled selection of seafood is replenished regularly, so there's no need to rush.
After some Baked Oyster Rockefeller with Bacon (L), go for the seafood main dishes, including the Singaporean Style Chili Crabs (R), with cracked crabs draped in a sweet, sour and mildly spicy sauce...
...or the Grilled Norwegian Salmon with Lemon-Dill Sauce (L) and Fish Curry (R), global flavors prepared with the freshest seafood. The main seafood dishes are rotated every Sunday, making each visit different.
At the Chinese Station, you'll find whole steamed fish along with assorted dim sum, and further down, you'll find even more sumptuous seafood dishes like Crab Cakes (L) and Paella Negra (R), loaded with prawns, clams, mussels, and squid.
At the Carving Station, you'll find US Prime Ribeye, and a few thick slices should satisfy any serious beef craving. At Spectrum, you'll find a wide range of non-seafood dishes, including pizza, pasta, beef and chicken dishes too.
Also at the Carving Station, you can indulge in even more seafood dishes like the Hara-Hara Fish in a sweet and savory sauce (L), and Papilotte Fish (R), a delicately steamed fish wrapped in parchment paper. And if you've experienced dining at Spectrum, you know you'll never run out of tasty options.
In between courses, have an Oyster Shooter, a refreshing shot with tomato juice, Tabasco, a dash of Worcestershire and vodka...
...or a refreshing Sangria. And if you want round after round of wine and sangrias to pair with your buffet feast at Spectrum, simply upgrade your buffet with an additional fee (prices and details below).
Start your feast with a stop at the Salad Station for a plateful of crisp, garden-fresh greens with a choice of several salad dressings...
...followed by a platter of freshly prepared Sushi and Sashimi from the Japanese Station. Salmon, fish roe and uni...perfect. And maybe one more plate of marinated cuttlefish and shrimps, some smoked salmon and Gravlax too...
Then, you're just about ready for the Carving Station and the Grilled Seafood Station and create your own plated surf & turf dish with US Prime Ribeye and Grilled Lobsters.
And one more plate with Grilled Prawns, Crab, and Lobster. And you know it's fresh, with the prawns separating from the shell cleanly and its fresh, briny sweetness.
But save room for dessert, Spectrum always has a flavorful surprise with their creative and indulgent desserts. At the Seafood Sunday Brunch at Spectrum, the elaborate desserts also reflect the ocean theme...
...with its elaborate cakes like the Chocolate Miso Cake.
The seafood theme is taken a step further with their inventive creations, like the Squid Ink Panna Cotta and their unique macarons, including the Uni Macaron (L) and the Crab Fat Macaron (R), definitely not your usual macaron but something you can always expect from Spectrum's talented team of pastry chefs. And it works...
The rich salty notes of crab fat, and the creamy flavor of uni combine well with the macaron for a distinct sweet and savory dessert experience.
At the Dessert Station, you can also find a comforting glass of Chilled Taho...
...and if you want ice cream, go for the Warm Cookie with English Toffee Ice Cream topped with pistachios and fresh strawberries. Now that's a weekend brunch. Spectrum's Seafood Sunday Brunch is priced at P 2,777 net per person, with children aged 6 to 12 years old with 50% off the buffet price. Pair your buffet feast with Spectrum's free-flowing wine and sangrias with an upgrade of P 1,000 net to complete the feast. Celebrate Sundays with the freshest catch, at the Seafood Sunday Brunch at Spectrum.
