Blue Is Back: The RACKS Blue Plate Specials Return To Kick-Off The New Year

Each RACKS Blue Plate Special comes with a glass of refreshing Dalandan Cooler or Pink Lemonade as well as flavorful sides for a complete meal. From their signature Pork Ribs to Southern Fried Chicken and Smoked Spring Chicken, the new edition of Blue Plate Specials offers more tasty options when dining at RACKS. And great value too with more bang for the buck.

That day, we sampled three of RACKS' new Blue Plate Specials, starting with the Fish & Chips Plate (P 275) with 1/2 London-Style Fish, two regular sides and Java Rice. Soft, tender and juicy with a lightly crisp outer layer, the fish is perfectly executed pairing perfectly with the Gravy Fries.

And when you have Java Rice with two regular sides, that's a meal in itself. The delicate flavors of the fish and breading are kicked up by the creamy tartar dip, completed by the deep notes of the Java Rice. The refreshing Coleslaw adds that perfect finish to the Fish & Chips Plate, cleansing the palate with its mildly tart notes. Light yet satisfying, the Fish & Chips Plate is ideal for that quick lunch or dinner. 

And if you love the Pork Ribs and Southern Fried Chicken from RACKS, go for the Rib & Chicken Plate (P 375) with 1/2 Pork Rib, 1 piece Southern Fried Chicken, one regular side, and steamed rice.
