That Galaxy Far, Far Away is Just Down Escarpment Road at Victoria Court...

Get inside the cockpit of the Millenium Falcon and join the rebel fleet in another raid on the evil empire after a hearty and sumptuous feast...

Venturing into that galaxy far, far away is as easy as driving down Escarpment Road to Victoria Court Pasig. It's this cool galactic setting that serves as the launch pad to showcase Victoria Court's signature dishes, set inside the new Space Wars Suite.

A left turn down Escarpment Road leads you to the private themed suites of Victoria Court (L). As you enter the landing dock (R), the familiar tune of the The Imperial March announces your entry. Up the steps, and the door opens up to Victoria Court's new Space Wars Suite. Very cool.

The first thing that catches your eye inside the new Space Wars Suite is the iconic replica of the Millenium Falcon's cockpit, equipped with all the bells and whistles to take you on warp speed through hyperspace. But like any space adventure, you'll need fuel and provisions, like some good eats. It's the perfect setting to sample Victoria Courts's signature dishes (for more on Victoria Court's new dishes, see my previous post, Ssshhhhh. We Serve Sexy. At Cirque...). At Victoria Court, you don't just get the usual favorites, you get a whole world of flavors.

As the signature dishes were being prepared, we had a chance to see walk around the suite and experience the amenities of the new Space Wars Suite. A closer look at the cockpit reveals functioning controls and buttons. Take the control yoke for example, push it up and the cockpit elevates. Lower it back down, and the cockpit descends. On the side side panel, push the lighted buttons, and you'll hear the classic lines from your favorite Star Wars characters.It's cool touches like these that complete the experience.

The spacious suite recreates the weathered patina of the Millenium Falcon's interiors (L), with its metallic sheen covered in brown and green oxidized matte shades. But the famed freighter never had a jacuzzi, and other luxurious and elegant amenities. Including free wi-fi and even a karaoke set-up...
 

Even Han Solo would approve. And I'm pretty sure the wookie would approve too. A replica of Han Solo frozen in carbonite adorns one of the doors inside the Space Wars Suite, along with a pair of Jedi robes. The private quarters are tucked away in  one of the chambers of the Space Wars Suite.

The Space Wars Suite is just one of many themed suites at Victoria Court. If you're up for it, daring enough, and looking for something different, you can also opt for the 50 Shades of Grey-inspired suite, perfect for private parties and even themed corporate events...

...or why not take a dip in the Bifrost-inspired jacuzzi and teleport yourself to the Rainbow Bridge at the Asgard Suite with its golden themed interiors. You may not find Heimdall at the other end of the jacuzzi portal, but the water's fine, and it's all good at the Asgard Suite.

As we head back to the Space Wars Suite, the signature dishes were laid out on the table, time to put down the Blaster Pistol and pick up a plate...

Victoria Court's savory and crisp Daddy's BBQ Pizza adds layers of smoky, tart, and mildly sweet notes to its thin crust pizza, a meal in itself and great for sharing.

A pair of hotdogs is added to the sumptuous spread, with the Italian-inspired The Godfather Caprese Hotdog...

...and uniquely Japanese influenced Japanice Hotdog drizzled with mayo and topped with bonito flakes and nori strips.

Savor the flavors of the ocean in a comforting pasta dish with Victoria Court's Taste of the Sea Pasta, topped with a variety of fresh seafood and cheese.

And there's more. Tasty appetizers like the Mozzarella Explosion (L), large cheese sticks served with a tart tomato dip is another perfect starter,  followed by the Chicken Satay (R) with tender chunks of chicken and a creamy peanut sauce. At Victoria Court, you get more than just the usual Fried Chicken or Crispy Pata...

Looking for a healthy option? Victoria Court's got that covered too. The Healthy Steak, a savory tofu dish draped in a thick and mildly sweet sauce offers rich flavors without the guilt.

Indulge in some pork love with Victoria Court's inventive Sisig Tacos, tasty bites with big flavors.

Time for some serious main dishes. Victoria Court's Spicy Chicken (L), with tender and juicy chicken capped by a crisp outer layer draped in a spicy glaze is another must-try dish along with the classic Pancit (R), a local noodle dish, hearty dishes guaranteed to satisfy any appetite.

And here's the beef. Victoria Court's signature Sizzling Bulalo, with bone marrow covered in a thick gravy and served with vegetables, caps our feast at Victoria Court. Extra rice? Why not.

There's just something for everyone at Victoria Court, from tasty appetizers to savory mains, to Nordic realms, different shades of grey, and galactic encounters. That galaxy far, far away is a lot closer than you think. The Force is indeed strong...at Victoria Court.
