Chili's Philippines Celebrates Twenty-Five Years with New Dishes, Exciting Promotions and Cool Giveaways

For twenty-five years, Chili's has been a part of countless celebrations revolving around their sumptuous and comforting menu. And for burger fans, who can forget those National Burger Day treats from Chili's years back, lining up to bring home their classic Big Mouth Burgers? 

Now with fourteen branches, Chili's Philippines celebrates twenty-five years of good times and good food with new dishes, exciting promotions and cool giveaways every month for the whole of 2022. And yes, they do have a new Big Mouth Burger in the menu... 

Since 1997, Chili's has been synonymous with classic and comforting Southwestern, American and Tex-Mex cuisine served in a casual setting. From tasty fajitas and enchiladas to hearty ribs, steaks, burgers and refreshing cocktails, Chili's has been your go-to place for over twenty-five years. Everyone remembers special moments held at Chili's, from their Margarita Nights to National Burger Day celebrations. For its 25th Anniversary, Chili's unveils new dishes along with exciting promotions to make your next visit even more special.

Everyone has a favorite at Chili's, from their Classic Nachos (P 325 Regular/P 450 Large) topped with queso, black beans, melted shredded cheese and jalapeños served with house-made pico de gallo and sour cream...

...to the classic Country-Fried Steak (P 595), hand-battered beef steak with mashed potatoes and black pepper gravy served with a side of shredded corn. It's dishes like these that make us all go back to Chili's again and again.

One more round and you're ready to try the new dishes at Chili's, starting with the Bacon Salsa Pasta. Imagine soft yet firm Penne pasta tossed in a spiced tomato and cream sauce topped with bacon, a rich cheese blend, Southwestern Cajun spices, cilantro and pico de gallo coming together with each bite. The savory richness of the bacon is delicately tempered by the bright and vibrant notes of the tart and fresh salsa for a satisfying and balanced finish... 

...while the Ancho Chile Salmon (P 740) with seared chili-rubbed salmon draped in a spicy citrus-chili sauce, cilantro and white queso paired with Chili's Rice and fresh steamed vegetables is a light yet filling meal. The buttery notes and texture of the premium slab of salmon brings a lingering richness to the palate followed by the sharp hints from the ancho chile for contrasting yet balanced flavors. 

The tender and savory Beef Tenderloin Steak (P 895) with 8 oz. US Tenderloin served with chimichurri garlic potatoes and steamed fresh vegetables with steak sauces on the side is another must-try at Chili's. The bold beefy notes of the US Tenderloin comes through draping the palate with is savory richness followed by the subtle yet sharp and nutty chimichurri sauce to complete the flavors.  

From the Fresh-Mex selection at Chili's comes another satisfying dish... 

...the Green Chile Chicken Enchilada (P 400 for two enchiladas/P 520 for three enchiladas) filled with tender shredded chicken topped with green chile sauce, cheese, corn salsa, cilantro, house-made pico de gallo, black beans and Chili's rice. The mildly sharp green chile sauce ties everything together in this dish. A sumptuous meal in itself, the Green Chile Chicken Enchiladas is a welcome addition to their bestselling tacos, fajitas, quesadillas and burritos. 

Open wide for the newest Big Mouth Burger from Chili's, the Alex's Santa Fe Burger (P 520). A thick and juicy all-beef patty with avocado, Swiss cheese, red onions, roasted jalapeños, tomato, pickles, cilantro and spicy Santa Fe sauce, each bite brings contrasting layers of distinct flavors in a seamless and balanced blend. The sweetness of the avocado plays well with the creamy Swiss cheese tempered by the red onions and roasted jalapeños and rounded out by the Santa Fe sauce for another winning burger from Chili's. Created by Chili's very own Chef Alex, the new burger is another welcome addition to their line of best-selling Big Mouth Burgers. 

Cap your feast at Chili's with their indulgent desserts, like the decadent High & Mighty Pie with silky smooth vanilla ice cream loaded with Heath candy pieces on a crushed Oreo cookie crust lavishly drizzled with hot fudge and sweet caramel...

...or the Fried Cheesecake with its golden brown and delicately crisp outer layer served with ice cream for that perfect ending at Chili's.
