The savory richness of the Angus beef punches through with each bite draping the palate with its indulgent flavors followed by the fresh and clean notes of crisp lettuce and the sharp bite of the red onions for both flavor and textural contrasts. Everything just comes together seamlessly with each big bite. The scallion pancake completes the experience with its crisp, soft and chewy finish rounded out by buttery hints.
